Thanks again, to everyone i haven't already thanked. :D
It has been a strange weekend of sleeping very long hours, even though i have reduced my benzo dose again, plus stim sessions and the obligatory birthday weekend pub-crawl. Managed to find a pub with decent beer, a healthy amount of females (so many pubs seem to be 100% full of beery blokes8() where decent music was being played at a reasonable volume (i definitely must be getting older), sometimes this can be a lot more difficult than you'd expect in a city center the size of Manchester's where we are spoilt for choice i guess.
