Methamphetamine and Mephedrone

OK someone I know is doing really well with coming off an unhealthy habit with sex IV methamphetamine and mephadrone. They've just got a compulsory drug testing order by the court starting Tuesday but everyone knows they're gonna fail the first one.

The thing is this guy just found out that the paranoia and psychosis that has held him back enjoying himself is wiped out with a few Valium: so wants to have a bit of a blow out before he can't so much as smoke a spliff after Tuesday.

He's talked to me about his regime plan and I just wanted to get some feedback for him from some more experienced ppl.

He knows he's gonna have to limit his intake to no more than (per shot) 0.1ml of powdered meth at once (guessing about 100mg) and 0.3ml (approx. 200mg) of powdered meph. More than that and in the past he's gone completely wacko!

He tells me he was gonna do 10mg Diazepam (and probs some viagra) 20 mins before topping up the diazepam as required: according to the paranoia.

Sounds like he's aiming for

T=0 0.1ml meth + 0.3ml meph
T=60 mins 0.3ml meph
T=120 mins 0.1ml meth + 0.3ml meph

He has had really bad psychosis and paranoia while tweaking in the past but is convinced that the diazepam will sort it out. What should he do?

Yes, I used to use benzos to come off stimulants. I'm glad your doing well and deciding to come off those 2 drugs. What have you taken today? You have a drug test tomorrow?

Diazepam will help temporarily but will show on a drug test for sure. We cannot give out advice though on what to do for passing drugs tests. Please read the rules when you have a chance.

Well "my friend" IV'd 0.1ml of powdered methamphetamine (clearly adulterated with some other shit) on Thursday and last night 3gs of something fobbed off as mcat but clearly wasn't.

He hasn't been doing well obtaining decent supplies since he returned to Manchester so tbh it could be anything. As a user you know your high and you know when you've been ripped off, it should put me off but it just makes me more persistent!

If there is anywhere more appropriate please move!
 
I do usually do a lot of apvp. I met someone in jail who has done a lot of real meth which I have done a few times and he had honestly had no idea he Was using a different drug. I pointed out very distinct differences which he only realized when I mentioned it. Apvp dose not burn your nose it's much more pleasant meth dose. The high is What I describe as more like and intese crack high for 6 hours. Also note heavy smokers like me forget about cigs but not on real meth. I strongly believe apvp and most synthetic cathinones Are not as damaging as meth. Wellbuitrin is one. I describe apvp is like 100 times stronger not sure though Its ironic at the time he Was doing blue crystals I Was just being told about apvp. People are doing all kinds of shit as molly, you don't Rob and steal and eat severAl grams at a time that is 4-mec. Shit People are doing fake coke to. If you snort apvp like it was shitty coke you will be buggiing. I always blow people's mind about this. All I do is when get high and research shit like online all night.
 
Doing a bit of research myself the mephedrone (mcat) i'd been sold was probably methcathinone, (yellow clumpy shit). The only thing that I worry about is (usually) with meth I start hallucinating shadowy demons and go psycho, that's really wanna find something to try and stop. I know I've gotta put it down, and I'm doing really well steering clear of the stuff at times but when I relapse I always have the same fear of shadows. On meth they can turn into a full blown psychotic episodes. It's always the same paranoia: shadowy figures trying to kill me.
 
Hi there, on the subject of downers to come off uppers essentially. I just had a friend who died (his heart stopped in his sleep) from taking Valium after a pill binge. Don't do it guys, you just don't know for sure what can happen. Matt was 24 years old and healthy, rest in peace brother, if nothing else he would want it to happen to no one else so thought id mention it after reading this.

isnt that why you choose to do drugs?
to trip out?
why be afraid of something you shuld have either accepted or denied
 
What makes you afraid in the shadows? Is it your own shadow your afraid of? Is it the fan's shadow in the corner of a room that looks like a evil big headed man standing in the corner of your your lounge room as you walk by?

Mate there only shadows... don't get me wrong I know all about evil whatever you wanna call em but you must be stronger then these things, Your alive and breathing!!!! don't let em get to ya buddy

If your going to use meth regularly or even go really hard at the shards over a few weeks period i would avoid marijuana as heavy meth use combined with weed can trigger a psychosis quite easily. And don't be afraid to talk to your local doctor about getting a prescription for some anti psychotic medication that can help you not lose the plot completely. Naturally having a good relationship with your doctor might help you get Valium to ease a nasty come down. Remember though benzo's can some times be more trouble than they're worth.
