I guess depends on what you value more, the dex or weed.

I like both drugs but the combo is usually a bit much for me in terms of stimulation and has gotten me anxious the couple times I tried it.

What do you mean? Methamphetamine is a great substance and has a very low potential for harm when used responsibly.
