NPS Act V1. Blankets? Just Say No!

the queen was replaced by an android in 2006, after she died choking on the finger bone of a 5 year old baby she was dining on at a banquet.

Officials will deny this of course if you ask them. That is how sinister the regime is.

Here;s an idea : since this government is into the idea of devolving powers to large cities in the north etc, and to local authorities - why don't they devolve policy on drugs in the same manner and simply have no role for central government in legislating on such matters. THe clearly don't know anything about the subject and ignore their own advisory bodies.

Top man! Do you reckon you can get it for next weekend? That'll give me time to buy a beret and a Che Guevara T-shirt.

Sorry man he's only got these armoured cars left (KLF pimped my Saxon)

That'll do nicely.. Me and thee can pilot an armoured car each and bear down upon the houses of parliament with our minions, err, I mean comrades marching alongside holding riot shields aloft and chanting:

"What time is love? 3fpm, 3fpm, 3fpm, eterna-a-a-a-aal"

Our battle cry will be "Aceeeeed!!"

"We're justified and we're ancient"

You know prohibition never worked in the garden of eden either

Exactly! You'd think our Christian government would have learnt something from the 'Original Ban', seeing as that was the direct cause of the 'Original Sin'.

Tell ya wot though, that 4-BiD-N-Fr-U-1-T must have been some good shit. It turned that Eve bird into a raving nympho - she virtually raped that Adam dude, which must have been fuckin agony for him considering he'd just had an operation to remove his lower ribs in the pursuit of the perfect figure (he wasn't expecting to get sexually assaulted by it though...)

Is there really any message to be taken from Genesis 3, besides Hissing Sid was the good guy -- setting Adam and Eve loose from the walled garden of illusions, and giving them real freedom? And if God had that flaming sword all along, why didn't he put it near the flaming tree in the first flaming place?

Suppose for a moment that this bill does go through. Now, given the human propensity for cock-ups, it's five to inevitable that some innocuous substance or other is going to be left of the Great List of Approved Exemptions. Now, So-and-so is doing such-and-such, and they haven't been arrested for it! is hardly a good defence in a court of law; but a few arrests will end up convincing the government to get writing an amendment lest we end up with Selective Enforcement. (The Tripartite System, with Police, Courts and Parliament having separate powers, is no good if the Police or Courts are usurping Parliament's powers.)

Might this be a good point at which to try to get a few more exemptions slipstreamed in?

as said before maybe when the nhs cant cope with whats going to happen and the death toll rises how will they justify it then then an awful lot of families will be affected so the tories i hope can kiss those votes goodbye but to late by then. sorry that sounds so callous

Just re-read the politics uk article posted a few pages back

"We do not want to criminalise individuals for possession, but we are going to criminalise the sale and purchase of these substances. That is in the bill and in the spirit of the bill, and is in line with the work that we have done.”

Does this mean the end for UK legal highs sites? If so I think it might be a good thing and drive them to more well known tried and tested classic drugs. I could very well however have interpreted the bill, which makes no sense anyway.
