I have been unable to take meth intraveneously for years as I have no more veins. is there a way to duplicate iv? nebulizer? maybe cpap device w/nebulizer might do the trick?

Hot rail or plugging is your best bet I'd say. Or just plain smoking a point to the dome quickly will get you pretty nice. Sadly there's no true substitute for the iv rush.
