What potential does DMSO have then?

back on topic :

Back in my days I used to do R&D for a known company, one of my projects was to find other ways of getting substances into the body.
And as bondmaker so eloquently stated most psychoactives will not reach the final step through the BBB this way,
being it either the wrong polairity , the wrong salt (or freebase) , the wrong insolublility or other reason.

ofcourse we did a series of psycho-active sustances on skin patches and see if they would have a distinctive (non-placebo) effect :

most phenethylamines :
2cb,mdma ,tma-2 (salts / freebases) : not active /not active
DMT (salt / freebase ) : not active / not active
Ketamine (hcl/freebase) : not active / not active
LSD : not active.

the odd one out : 5-meo-dipt freebase

I was not into opiods back then but i'm sure some of those will work transdermal with dmso.
 
The other day while driving and doing a bump that I crushed up with my index finger on the back of my hand, I was telling my friend in the passenger seat about a funny twinge I have been having in my left chest when I do cocaine. As she started asking weather I had left arm pain and the such, I took my DMSO from the console and rubbed it all down my left chest from under my shirt. While she was still talking I began freaking out thinking a heart attack was coming on as my left side began feeling very strange and intense from the outside to deep inside. My heart started beating fast and my face couldnt' hide my panic any longer so she asked what was wrong. I told her how intense my left side felt and that my heart was pounding...she asked two questions...is my left arm numb or was my heart hurting. No to Both..It actually felt good. The DMSO from my finger got all in the splash I rubbed on my left side. WOW! It lasted about 5 minutes

hi Livin7. Could you expound on this a bit. When you mashed the bump on your hand with index finger then you put some dmso and rubbed on chest you had a come up? how do you know it wasnts from the bump ealier? Have you or anyone tried putting some DSMO on finger and sprinkling a line or two on it and then rubbing on hand or skin?
SWINM is curious to know.

An old timer once told me how he would put a line of cocaine over a nice sized vein and then rub it in with some of the near magical DMSO. The DMSO, being a powerful solvent would then carry the coke right into the blood stream past the skin and through into the vein. It's nice to know also that dmso is non-toxic and is known to work wonders on all types of ailments from glaucoma to hemorrhoids,l ,cancer, pimples, fungus, swollen and painful joints, burns, scars, hip problems and more. It's used in Mexico in vitamin injections to bring the vitamins that are in the IV cocktail into the cells. The old controversial cancer cure, Laetrile was injected into the body using DMSO as it's transporter. I use it for everything. The only drawback is the oyster, old milk smell that comes from a person such as me who saturates himself daily with it..lol
 
it is an oil base and is not what you see evaporating. It's just the reaction with the skins moisture.. The red rash goes away in no time and leaves improved epidermis layers behind. I know it's 9 years later but.....this may be up for another 100 and a correction is due in defense of DMSO
