Would the initial impact on the HPTA in reference to inevitable suppresion of endogenous production from exogenous administration be altered if one were to inject their testosterone within a logical rhythm that it would not immediately alarm the glands of disequilibrium?

It's been tried by many guys with test suspension, sometimes with Dbol. Perhaps if you control the oestrogen conversion you may still end up with some natural diurnal rhythm but it's doubtful...

On a random subject....

When I start getting stressed (doesn't happen often. I'm generally calm) I begin this little tick of mine called neurotic excoriation. The stress usually passes over within a few days max, but its getting triggered lately just because I'm way overthinking this measly attribute assessment test. I've honestly done some pretty gnarly picking this time around and I know for sure a few of these are going to be scars. Number one place I dig at is the sides of my hamstrings, top of my quads, elbow ( who the hell knows) or I'll just begin picking at nothing on my face.

Anyone know something that might be able to help? I'm taking massive dosages of vitamin C in hopes of lowering my cortisol level considering its called the "stress hormone". I have no clue if its actually a key factor in producing this tick. Anndd there is pretty much nothing concrete about treatment due to discrepancies across the whole medical board.

I can relate to some extent because of my ADD - when I get anxious or stressed I struggle to control the compulsion to fidget, pick at myself, bite lips, shake my body/limbs around. It's not just a little compulsion either, I can completely mess up my hands and lips till they're a bloody mess.

You'll not read these options much online, but I believe it's generally to do with the excitation caused by release of norepinephrine/adrenaline in the brain from stress/anxiety. Both clonidine and (moreso) propranolol (alpha/beta 'blocking' agents) help. As does meditation if you can do it. I find it almost impossible to meditate with ADD but I have done it before and it's pretty miraculous.

PS if you want to control cortisol (probably a good idea), phosphatidylserine (PS) would be much more effective, but it won't have any effect on your picking.

Have I ever told you thank you for how helpful you are! I really do try to do my own research first before I start my barrage of questions, but 1/4th of the time I can't structure my thought correctly for google to lead me to the proper place. I'll be trying to find something about this topic and I end up on some website selling refurnished lawn equipment.

Its relieving to know someone else deals with this same tick. I don't know if I have ADD/ADHD. I would classify myself more as a modestly nonviolent sociopath struggling with existence.

You seem a bit ADD to me, but that's hardly a diagnosis of a complex condition lol. There's a whole spectrum of disorders that fit within the umbrella, from sociopathy/APD and autism thru ADD and OCD to what are called MPDDs (mild pervasive developmental disorders). There are probably similar structural alterations and neurochemical issues in the brains of all these people that have some overlap here and there. However APD is where the person is fundamentally incapable of true empathy and tends to be a complete user and utterly unconcerned with the views of others - you don't seem to fit that bill, at least on the interwebz you don't! ;)

I would say it is selective with the empathy, but that is human nature at its finest. I wouldn't say I completely disregard the views of others, but I have no real substantial views of my own in reference to morals. Education is different because the only way to learn and thrive around more intelligent and knowledgeable individuals is to be open-minded and prepared to deal with criticism whether its constructive or destructive.

This shit is deep. I'm having to evaluate myself honestly which isn't something I necessarily do, ever. I have been told by some I'm pretty emotionless, but who knows. They were probably just overly emotional blokes. I love animals so that part of the sociopath sign is crossed out.

Some sociopaths relate better to animals than humans. M. E. Thomas' Confessions of a Sociopath (and her website) is quite interesting for learning about the various facets of the condition.

However APD is about essentially not having the wiring in your brain to enable empathy. So having some kind of empathy sort of precludes you from it. Having said that, people with aspergers/autism also notoriously lack empathy, and use it very selectively. As I said before, it's all a spectrum thing. Plenty of 'normal' people are selectively empathetic and complete users and assholes as well so determining a complex neurological condition via just a few symptoms is pretty meaningless really.

I try to avoid the psychiatrist as much as possible. I had to go to one when I was like 10 years old because I showed signs of chronic depression. LOL My parents had pretty good insurance due to working for the federal government at the time so I ended up going to the doctor for every little thing that ever happened, EVER. I got my medical records one time to transfer over to a new family physician and from pediatric beginnings to discharge at 17 I had more than 600 pages of medical documentation. I've read through it before and it almost made me wonder what the hell my parents were even thinking at times.

Psychiatrists can be a bizarre bunch though. I had one when I was in my twenties who tried to relate my bodybuilding and big muscles to some kind of childhood father-son weirdness and deep emotional insecurity. Talk about clichéd stereotyping lol!

Sometimes they try too hard in the diagnostic realm. Lol that is pretty stereotypical, too. You went to school for quite a few years and you can't think of anything more clever than that? I remember being asked if someone had touched me places that felt weird. LOL Please, I was 10 years old so no one even had a chance to get their hand down there due to the heavy traffic. Having a computer in your room since 8 years old and knowing how to spell boobs pretty much describes my whole childhood.

Bahahaha! =D

I had a counselor reference this to me as she said I had sociopathic tendencies but couldn't be diagnosed as I don't have long term documented history of my behavior...

We all have at least one aspect or have behavior that could be comparable to one of the notable signs. I believe violence is apart of the classification for sociopathic individuals, but isn't a psychopath the one that have violence as a fundamental characteristic for diagnosis? I know you can get a PET scan of your brain and along with some other testing to determine if you truly possess the neurological activity associated with the disorder. I'm sure Pharmbiak would know quite a lot about this or at least could provide a very in depth insight for us peons.

I have a history of violence as a child but it never was documented which, at the time of the dsm IV, was needed to be classified with antisocial personality disorder. Without documentation I couldn't be diagnosed luckily. I gave up violent behavior in an effort to fit in better with society. I consider myself empathetically retarded in a sense. Not completely lacking but severely deficient. My ptsd counselor told me not to openly talk about it as having that on my medical and mental health record could hinder future employment with certain more high security jobs such as the military. Though as you said, could just be a lot of the symptoms without the actual disorder. As my supposed condition doesn't interfere with my life for the most part, I see no reason to pursue further investigation into it. I wouldn't place myself too severe on the scale though as the newer dsm V seems to favor scales and completely eliminated the diagnosis of asbergers to fit it in the autism scale. We're all a little crazy right ;)

I really do think everyone is insane, some hide/control it better than others. I'm sure everyone has had intrusive thoughts. Ever been talking to someone and for no reason at all, you aren't mad at this person or anything, your mind asks "what if i just punch this person in the face?" "that would be bad" and you usually just continue. Or you're driving down a road with no barrier between opposing lanes, and your mind realizes "if my hand just twitched for a second here, it would all be over."

Or maybe I'm a partly insane asshole, it scares me to think if I couldn't move past these thoughts or acted on them.

In this day and age with so many influences its very very hard to hold it together and equally as hard to even know who u are as a person. I agree were probably alll insnae

All I know is that you guys are all crazy and I'm completely sane and competent.

Get on my level jive turkey.

Lmfao. Tweak geek and freak. Pinning on clen and eca was a bitch from the shakes I can only imagine rushing on tweak and pinning. Intrusive thoughts have subsided quite a bit for me. Tren used to be bad with that. But over time it's like my body just accepts the gear and adapts now. The less I focus on my defects, the less they appear.

Lol. I had that picture sitting my documents and thought, "Hey this would be a great moment to use this!"

I don't know why, but I feel that meme summarizes a lot of posts I read on the forum sometimes. People probably think that while reading mine, too.
