Help with this cycle

Hi, im going to do 2 months of hgh 2 iu a day and 3 months of 4iu a day (5 on 2 off) and i want to add some roid but im not sure what, this is my first cycle, im 26 years old, training for 5 years, but i im scared of the sydes, most of all the mood changes and that stuff... So i thouhgt about stack in the first 5 weeks 20 mg of dbol (old school) and do a pct of 3 weeks of clomid and hgc (while i continue with the hgh)... What do you think?

How is your diet? You should be able to put on weight naturally by just eating.
Theres no need to jump right into GH or HCG. Also all cycles should have test as a base, its not smart to run anything without it. Especially something like dbol
 
Thnks for the reply! I had put weight naturally but now i want to do a short cycle, ive already purchase 400 ius of HGH, so that im going to do it... So... Regarding to AAS.. Wich one can i stack with my Gh plan for a kikstart only? (Sorry for my english, im from Argentina ahah)
 
My diet is basically 3000 kcal a day, from good protein sources good carbs and good fats, and i train with a bodybuilder champion of southamerica.
 
Try upping your calories to 35-4000
And dont use the growth...its not gonna do you any good using it for 2 months, you need to use it at least 6

Welcome to BL Thisguyyy.

As said above, we wouldn't normally suggest you need GH when you're new to cycling, but since you have it, I would recommend you take a very simple 500mg Testosterone Enanthate alongside it for 12 weeks for your first cycle.

You don't need the Dianabol.

If you want to use HCG to assist in recovery, I would recommend you do so only during the cycle, not the PCT. 125iu twice per week would be adequate, add to this taurine at at least 5g per day.

I'd also recommend you use a very low dose AI during the cycle and for one week afterwards. Anastrazole at 0.25mg EOD will be enough to moderately reduce aromatase and further protect the testes without reducing oestrogen too much.

With these measures, you won't need a standard PCT with clomid or tamoxifen and recovery should be relatively easy. However keep some tamoxifen on hand as a precaution in case you develop symptoms of gyno.

And make sure your diet is on point as Mike says above. You will need more calories and more protein if you intend to add some quality muscle. If you're cutting, make sure protein and fats remain high.

Ok men! Thanks! I will try to raise up calories... I dont know hoy, maybe more healthy fats like coconut oil, and some more oat i dont know... And i have GH for 6 months at 3ui moreoless!!

If you train with an experienced bodybuilder, he can probably point you in the right direction regarding your diet. We have had several diet threads on here in the past as well, regarding how to get in extra calories. Calorie dense healthy wholefoods and things like nuts and seeds, avocados, oily fish and fish oils, peanut butter, protein/meal replacement shakes containing lots of natural ingredients (oats, fruits, fibre, oils, yoghurt etc) are all very easy options to raise calories to any level you like without eating unhealthy processed junk.

Unusually for me, I'm going to advocate that you actually do a cycle with the hGH if your aim is increased muscle mass. You haven't actually told us what you want to achieve with your cycle or the hGH so that makes it harder to say with certainty. I assume you want to get big, but maybe that's not what you want. In any case, you will get a lot more out of the GH in my opinion with some anabolic assistance. If I was to drop one, it would be the hGH, which will do very little by itself, and you will probably be very disappointed. Steroids are far more dramatic and useful for any bodybuilding goal in general.
 
My trainer told me that is good for recovery and and excelent fat burner while you prevent muscle loss. And also its creates hyperplasia, we are in winter here, so i want to be ripped in summer while having a decent mass. Now i have packed 15 pound this year so i want some more and then cut.. My question is, y can achive that with 5-6 months of hgh + my good training and diet+ natty supps. Or do you recomend my to start with a short cycle of AAS (wich?) and please short, i did one in the past ehen i was too young and in the second week i has to finished beacouse of anxiety problems. And i dont want mood changes and shrink balls... And of course the impotence... How can i not get those sides for true??
 
Did your trainer also sell it to you?? ;) Being ripped is about the right cutting diet and (for enhanced athletes) AAS to preserve muscle tissue, not hGH. Newbies always overestimate hGH as some wonder drug. Actually it's really an expensive disappointing waste of money for most, certainly more useful for experienced guys who know their bodies well and are trying to take things further. Had you come here for advice first, you may have saved yourself a lot of money.

Anyway you have it now, so follow the cycle as outlined and make sure you focus most of your attention on your diet, training and cardio. The measures should prevent most of the negative side-effects,but there's no guarantee, that's the risk you take with AAS. If you're not ready for them, don't use.

9 out of 10 times if the person who is selling you gear is the same person giving you advice you might not want to listen to them cause they will recommend things on the interest of making money which appears to be what happened. We basically covered in the thread that a basic cycle for someone who doesnt use gear is just test. But the guy has you trying to use GH

Always do your own research, which is what youre doing now.
 
Well thanks very much guys! I appreciate all the tips. So the conclussion is: now that i ve the hgh, use it, it will be better with test low dose along with the hgh but if y dont jump into AAS continue working my ass off, eating big, while i'm on hgh supplementing naturally?

I wouldnt us HGH without test
when using gear test is your base for everything, never leave home without it

but yeah everything else is right
