1) Which of those is the best social lubricant ?

2) Which is least harmful ?

3) whats effect does each give ?

Note : DXM is second plateau only

What follows is based on my understanding of each, based on pharmodynamics, kinetics, and my understanding of the literature.
1. Probably mdma, but this question is dependent on the situation. Rave/nightclub? Probably mdma. Family function? Probably alcohol or low dose ghb.

2. From what I understand, ghb (assuming responsible use, apparently addiction can be extremely harmful. The mammalian body is designed to metabolize it due to the fact that it is found in every cell. The human body isn't evolved to metabolize the others, at least no where near as efficiently, and no where near as safely.

3. More in depth effects can be found by utfse, but generally alcohol is a gaba-a.agonist.and nmda antagonist, resulting in general sedation and decreased inhibitions. Ghb is a gaba-b and ghb receptor agonist, again resulting in physiological depression, decreased inhibitions, and has a powerful pro sexual component. Mdma released serotonin, dopamine, and other monoamines, thus resulting in autonomic stimulation, and euphoria and empathy. Dxm is an nmda antagonist, thus classified as a psychedelic dissociative.

If GHB were a social lubricant, it would be KY Jelly due to its libido through the roof producing effects. People look ugly rolling (PLUR), so MDMA for impressing your hot date is not a good idea. DXM tastes really gross and makes me want to go curl up in the fetal position on my bed more than it makes me want to socialize. Actually, it has been found that 2 alcoholic drinks (but no more) make people appear more attractive. However, its odor on your breath will give you away, if that's an issue. They're all pretty harmless, unless you drive drunk or drown in the bathtub from GHB. Also, GHB causes liver toxicity when abused (as does alcohol), MDMA causes axonal pruning of 5-HT axons, which then grow back shorter and denser than before, but no neuronal death (neurotoxicity), and DXM abuse can make you stupid for a few weeks or months. For sex, they are all good except for DXM, which is decidedly not. MDMA also releases oxytocin, causing greater emotional bonding. Finally, as for their effects, I'll just rank them from most (1) to least (4) desirable, based on my own personal, fallible opinion:

1. MDMA
2. GHB
3. Alcohol
4. DXM

Hope this helps.

Also, GHB causes liver toxicity when abused
No it doesn't, not even in huge doses. You must be thinking of GBL which can be very hard on the liver. The in vivo conversion of GBL to GHB can be a very taxing process on the liver. I've already got one foot out the door so instead of digging up a bunch of individual studies as a source I'll just quote a snippet from the GHB FAQ on erowid. You should be able to find less dated studies with a bit of searching. It's actually pretty interesting how low GHB's overall toxicity profile is... it is to me at least.

There was a study published that showed at the LD50, which equated to something around 85 grams in the average sized human, GHB still demonstrated no liver toxicity. As part of the Vickers study bolded below doses of 20-30 grams were used daily in human for an extended period of time with no ill effect on organs. I have seen a post or two theorizing about neurotoxicity caused by GHB withdrawal years back, never any studies data backing up the claim though. Of course that's not to say it doesn't exist, can't say it would even surprise me tbh.

In 1964, Laborit listed "very low toxicity" as one of the "principle elements" of the compound's pharmacology. In a 1969 report on GHB's anesthetic uses, Vickers referred to GHB as "a truly nontoxic hypnotic" and repeatedly emphasized its "lack of toxicity." Vickers cited evidence that GHB demonstrates "no toxic effects on the liver and kidney." In 1972, Laborit described the body's metabolism of GHB and stressed "the absence of any need of detoxification by the organism." As recently as 1989, this scientific consensus on GHB's benign nature remained unchanged. Gallimberti's study from that year on its uses in treating alcohol withdrawal in humans notes that "GHB's action ...seems to be without serious side effects."

Alcohol is the most socially accepted drug in most parts of the world so that would have to be the answer.

Mdma use isnt sustainable over a period of time

Dxm made me feel horribly paranoid and not talkative at all. I don't see how that's a social drug at all tbh

I've never taken GHB

don't forget about cocaine, that can make people pretty chatty
