Yes, I'm similar. Last bulk was 125mg Test, gradually going up to 250mg/wk. 125mg Tren got added in halfway through as well. Gained 45lbs or so. Doubt I'd have done much better with a lot more gear; as you say it's mostly diet and training once you've got the basic AAS stimulus in there. Having said that, newer guys generally make less spectacular gains on these smaller doses, as more experienced guys are often just rebounding for the large part.
