What Are You Listening To? XXV: Gold's For Fools, Tunes Too Kewl For Schools

I finally got the Orb and Little Fluffy Clouds - I needed those puffs! :)

Tbh Pink Flag was their height. I think 154 came next? It was pretty downhill from there, but Pink Flag is the height of originality. I still play it regularly. Saw them at the Jeanette Cochrane Theatre in London in 1980 and that must be the only time that theatre ever hosted a gig...then a few years later I found myself living next door to Robert Gotobed the drummer in Bonnington Square, Vauxhall (squats).

Some singles are good that didnt make the albums..

A quick wiki has informed me it was Pink Flag (77) > Chairs Missing ( 78 ) > 154 (79) - shame when a band's first album is their best :\

Your stories never to cease to impress my impressionable mind.
