Rolling when you haven't eaten anything the entire day? Yay or nay?

While I know it's widely accepted that rolling should be done on an empty stomach for the max effect, what about rolling basically shortly after you've woken up and haven't eaten anything yet? Good or bad?
 
I wouldnt recommend it. Youll need the energy. Eat a good sized meal and wait many hours, maybe 4+ before dropping.
 
While I somewhat agree with epic11 above (since it's the better way to do it lol), I fast the whole day prior to rolling for multiple reasons, and personally actively avoid food.

But that's just me.
 
Fasting always enhanced my rolls. Maybe get in some protein (Zero fat GreekYoghurt) and fruit for a light meal about 5 hours before dropping.

I usually start eating some fruit at a festival once im done peaking and if i roll at home i'll have a protein shake with some oats and maybe a banana.

Its different - good or bad is pretty subjective. Depending on what your activities are going to be then having the extra energy is a great way to avoid the burnt out feeling the day after. If your going to have a relaxing day then skipping food until you come down isn't that much of an issue and can give you a clean feeling high (hard to explain).

Remember to stay hydrated.
 
You need atleast some food a few hours before. Rolling on just fumes gives poor results. You will lose major weight in one session. You body will feed on its own muscles for energy for real. Ive dealt with it before goin to hard.
 
For me, I take molly on an empty stomach. Better roll, yes, but you'll also run out of energy big time... since, well, your body has no food to metabolize into energy!

An empty stomach does not require starving yourself thee entire day. Waiting about 4 hours after a light meal is what i do. Its enough time for a light meal to fully DIGEST therefore a empty stomach. Once the food digests its out of the stomach then when you eat the mdma usually it will make you shit out the food leaving you light and crisp for a solid roll.

Ive rolled without food for a couple days and yes it kicked in harder than bruce lee but later on i lacked energy and health also loosing major weight over a weekend. Weight that i did not need to lose.

The longest wait i would do is six hours ive done bigger gaps many times in past and its not worth it. You can have carbs and sugars while rolling for quick short energy but your body requires beforehand protein and fats for long-term sufficient energy and power.

The one time I took MDMA at a festival I'd barely eaten anything all weekend. Definitely noticed that it hit much, much harder. That's the one memorable experience where I had mega eyes rolling into the back of the head struggling to move kind of come-up/peak and then the euphoria that hit me in the face after that was ridiculous. So it's not exactly a bad thing just makes you more fucked up in my limited experience. This was all from only 120mg so it wasn't dose-related.
 
That's pretty much what I do for everything...fast before I take xx. It definitely hits you harder and gives you more with less.

If you're taking care of yourself and taking substances in moderation, there's nothing wrong with it.
