You have a right to believe what you like. Other people have a right to point and laugh at you.
Actions have consequences. And when you choose to perform an action, you also choose to accept in full the consequences that go with that action, for better or for worse.
If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.
And if you don't want to get called out on believing things that aren't true, maybe you need to re-think your beliefs. Or at least practise them in private, where nobody could call you out because they would be guilty of invading your personal space. Do you actually
need to keep telling world+cat you believe in talking snakes and a 6000-year-old universe every time you want to make a point?
