Is life shit without drugs?

Techno is shitty without drugs. Surgery is shitty with out drugs. Campfires, while pretty great, do increase in awesome with a spliff or tab of acid.

If you need drugs to be happy you probably have a shitty life to begin with. Quit dragging the rest of us down you sad sacks.

^ Qft. I wasn't speaking of anyone but myself. The last thing I want to do is drag anybody down. I'm not saying drugs are bad I am saying I would like to enjoy life without them just as much as I do with them. I can listen to techno with or without drugs. Good music is good music.

It clearly stipulates that upon my death I am stuffed and mounted, then taken on a Weekend at Bernies adventure.

Even in death my life wouldn't be shit

I used to ponder the same question all the time. I ended up coming to the conclusion along with the help of my dr that I was clinically depressed. Guess what the solution was .......more drugs.

Now, if only the wastebasket thread was still here. We could have shrunk this thread in half and it could have read like an interesting topic.

Drugs generally replace what you're lacking/missing in your own life and only make way to a host of other problems. People should always be looking to improve their own lives and negate their desire for drugs, rather than succumb to them.

Saying that, there is always a time and place for fuckery in a rich and diverse lifestyle.
I don't take drugs to 'get fucked' (except in the most literal sense and I can do that without drugs anyway) and I strongly disagree with the majority of the sentiment expressed in the last two posts (last two before Izzy posted).

Just fucking saying like. Drugs have NEVER caused me problems and I'm pretty sure I'm one of the biggest druggies on this board of all time.

I guess it depends what drugs and why you are taking them, circumstances are always individualised, but in the years we've taken drugs and been involved with people who do, you can start to draw a few general conclusions. (note: I used the word "generally" in my original post, not "definitively")

Religions generally replace what you're lacking/missing in your own life and only make way to a host of other problems. People should always be looking to improve their own lives and negate their desire for Religions, rather than succumb to them.

Saying that, there is always a time and place for Spirituality in a rich and diverse lifestyle.

I fixed that for you ;) (cheap but true)
