Opioids Drug interaction safety - Tramadol + Hydro Morph + Morphine sulfate?

Hi guys,

I just took some Tramadol (300mg spaced out - i know not to go over 400).

My plan was to take some Hydro Morph nasally around 6-7 hours from now (6-12mg over a couple hours).

I also have Morphine sulfate (take a 60mg), which i would take tonight in about 12 hours to get a warm glow before bed.

Are any of these interactions not good?

I believe i read Tramadol and the Morhpine Sulfate a safe combo, but what about adding the Hydro Morph?

I may as well ask as well - tomorrow is it safe to do Oxy after a day like this (small 30mg oral dose)?

No you should be good on this combo . When ever I get my hands on tremadol I usually take around 400-450mg all at once to get a unique stoned type opiate buzz that I do enjoy . That same day I always still take my normal dose of 180mg of oxycodone every 3 hours with 1-2 8mg hydromorphones here and there snorted with no issues . I also tend to take a couple mg of Xanax the same day to cut down on the seizure risk of tremadol . I get 240 30mg Oxycodone Ir a month for all day pain as well as 90 8mg hydromorphones a month for break through pain . I also get 90 1mg Xanax a month . I don't get Tremadol much ,but every now ,and then even though I go to a pain clinic ,and my DOC knows he will still write me a prescription for 60 tremadol . Hope this helps .
