Proper Lean recipe?

Can someone please explain how I can properly prepare some good lean, as well as where to buy what I need. I have tried it once, and absolutley loved it. I rather find my answer here than online, and most sober people call me stupid for even being intrested in it. Just wanna know what the kind people of BL know about making some good purple drank

Lean = promethazine w/codeine + sprite + flavour additive (jolly rancher)

Codeine is what you're getting high on so if you want you can just get high on codeine. Sipping lean makes no sense. Codeine needs to be metabolized into morphine as codeine/norcodeine itself just causes all the histamine symptoms. Slower you administer it the less will convert. You dose drugs all at once.

It's actually a huge mindfuck to me lol. I used to sip codeine linctus 300mg bottles and I'd feel very opiatey but it wasn't really ever that nice. They also say the promethazine helps the high and adds to sedation but fuckin' a I can't stand antihistamines in high doses like that.

The whole lean thing fucks my mind and it's hard to get people here to clear it up.
