Questions on opiates

So I did 3 baggies of heroin(snorted). Shortly after taking said drugs I had trouble breathing(I couldn't catch my breath) and my pulse was 135, blood pressure through the roof. I have done H before but never had this effect, there was no high that I could detect, and the breathing and BP/pulse thing was scary so I wen't to the local yokel ER. The ER said I had opiates in their system but couldn't tell if it was H or the IV dihydromorphone I had at the ER 1 day prior for a awful migraine. The ER told me that no other drugs came up(besides my k-pins, and some m-jane). I can take any opiate and have any withdrawl or "feeling-like-I-needs it". I just like to take 80-120mg of oxy sometimes and relax. I have a high opiate tolerance, won't feel anything under a dose of oxy 60mg.

Now 2 days after I have muscle cramps, weakness, loss apatite, and tremors, and severe dry mouth. And they wont go away. I do not feel the need to do aforementioned drugs.

What could have caused this experience?, bad H, OD, etc etc.

Any help would be great.

I had to edit your post as you've broken a couple rules (no biggy). We don't allow price discussion or posting of prices so I had to remove that. Just to give people an idea of how much we're dealing with it sounds like you're referring to "stamp" bag quantities here, or at least these bags run for the same price as a stamp bag.

We also don't allow SWIM, AFOAF, my pet, or any other of those silly techniques to avoid self-incrimination. From now on please refer to yourself in the first person, we know it's you . I don't have an answer and I doubt you'll get many people who have experienced the same but hopefully somebody will chime in and help you out.

Im guessing a bad cut or something other than H altogether. OD doesnt present the symptoms you describe.

What's your tolerance? Dang, don't go snorting 3 baggies of dope without knowing the cut, or having a high tolerance.

Meth is being sold as H here to naive people...there was a local news story on it earlier this week.

You never really know what you're getting, so be careful.

I say if it doesn't smell like a douche, it prolly isn't H. H has a weird, unique smell to my nose. It sends off red flags if drugs don't have weird smells...each has it's own smell.

Hate too necro this thread, trying again tonight. I have a very high opiate tolerance, I at one point was taking 100MG of oxycodone with/via CWE at a time.

Either bad cut or u had respiratory depression and u freaked yourself out and had a panic attack.if u had an OD your pulsewould not be that high and u wouldnt be conscious enough to make it to tbe ER.u are just asking for trouble doing it again without knowing if its a bad cut,this is how ppl die being stupid.

i can take 200mg of oxy but that doesnt mean i can blow 3 bags of heroin with god knows what else is in it and think im goin to be alright because i can do that much oxy...high oxy tolerance does not mean safe street heroin consumption..be smart

Yep, we know exactly what's in prescription pills, but who the heck knows what heroin is cut with, which makes heroin tricky if you over do it.
