Is this really MDMA?

Hi there. My friend has a supplier of what is sold as MDMA. It looks the part and has been tested (tried by humans) several times. Currently though I'm not convinced by what is being taken. Please allow me to explain the results and tell me if this accords with any other drug people are aware of.
- initial sense of well being and at one ness - all good - not an amazing high but pleasant and happy. Alert and awake, sound.
- very intense sexual urges but almost zero ability to cum - whether with someone or solo.
- chatty, buzzy, alert and awake but with no major euphoria as such. Any lovey high wears off after 30 mins of coming up. A bit disorientated and unable to concentrate on a specific task.
- lasts forever - like hours and hours and is impossible to sleep on. Rapid heart beat. Speedy feel of wanting to keep moving forwards.

How can one tell what drug it is that you took? There are many drugs that produce empathetic effects like MDMA. How can I read the SUBJECTIVE effects you received from a RANDOM pill dealer and identify the drug that it was? No human being can do that. Not now and not until the end of days.

It's called "speculation" and it is forbidden here on BL.

Can you see how this is dangerous? If I were to be like "sure man! that's definitely MDMA" and you go about taking it and eventually die or get seriously damaged by the unknown substance that it was. These drugs that are commonly placed in M-caps, E-rolls and L-tabs have a low safety profile an it is simply not in the spirit of HR to "guess" what drug you took.

You see, test kits only test for presence and not purity iirc. SO it may have had other things in it. We'll never know unless you get it lab tested.

Use a prefix next time.

I'm quite aware that nobody can specify or state what this drug may have been. Nor am I looking for endorsements. I was merely wondering if anyone recognised these kinds of effects in case it signalled the possibility of something familiar to someone. I have no real knowledge of meth and don't know anyone who does - I was perhaps worried that my friend my have taken this instead of the intended substance (for example). And jeeez, nice to meet you guys.

seriously, get a test kit or look up if drug testing services are available in your area.

i can only tell you that insomnia, restlessness and tachycardia are not common symtpoms at the tail end of an mdma experience (at least with mdma without adulterants). neither is altertness or lack of euphoria during the peak. on the other hand being disoriented with difficulty concentrating as well as an inability to cum would not surprise me for mdma.
