Opioids Poppy Seed Tea giving me different effects with different batches... Opinions?

So I've done this now with 3 different batches... First time with a highly recommended brand and nodded A LOT, more than ever before but didn't really feel any of the warmth, I still liked it... 2nd time,, same brand, different batch best high of my life, best than all the hydrocodone I've taken, simply heaven.. Today the 3rd time I didn't want to wait to get the good one delivered so I bought one in a store, not a grocery store, I read somewhere they were good so anyway I feel it this time too, but it's different, it's kind of intense right now but it's more of a body high, just weird, I guess it feels the most like the 1st batch I tried, If I start nodding later I'll know, it's only been 2 hours... I forgot to mention the first time I tried this with grocery store brands and it was a complete failure...

Anyone has this happened to them? I know not all of them contain the same amount of morphine and codeine but it almost seems like I'm taking a different drug each time.. Like the effects I have on right now, I know they are opiate-induced, I can tell but it is very different from everything I've done...

btw I ONLY do PST now cause I simply refuse to do something illegal, I WILL NOT but hydro from my dealer again as I had a problem with the police about a month ago, not drug related, but I realized that I NEVER want to have problems again, so I don't take risks anymore.

The strength varies from batch to batch. Contents vary from batch to batch. You might get more phenanthrenes in one batch, and more benzylisoquinolines in the other.

Good PST is more than just codeine and morphine.

Some batches contain too much thebaine, which gives the speedy/uneasy feeling on the come up and goes away as the high sets in.

To the inexperienced, PST is always a gamble. I've been dealing with the same supplier for years, and as the seasons change I know what kind of seeds I'll be getting. I also know what kind of high I'm looking at by the look of the seeds, but only because I've been dealing with this supplier for so long. I'm sure I'd have to readjust if I were to start buying them elsewhere.

To answer your question, yes it has happened to me too. You get different highs from different strains. Suppliers and their methods of extraction have an impact too I'm sure.

Various opiate alkaloids in papaver somniferum .. though that is all I know.. Johnloperimide please tell us more. I am interested in p.som alkaloids. I have had batches do nothing for a high and only give constipation, to a hard nod. Yes it's a gamble

What are these phenathrenes and benzylisoquinolines?

If I remember correctly, Phenathrenes include codeine, morphine and more. Benzylisoquinolines are papaverine and more. The point I'm trying to make is that you really never know what you're getting in your seeds. It's hard to predict what kind of high you're going to get.

I've been doing seeds daily for 3 years, it's my DOC. For me, it's seasonal. So I'm consistently getting the same seeds during the summer, and different seeds during the winter. I've gotten used to the type of highs I get from different season of seeds.

I get mine from the supermarket only one type work from one supermarket. says on thre packet grown and packaged in Holland. Work every time they are like a blue coulour with a sheen on them. All the other supermarket brands are washed and dont work. I use between 6 to 10 packs put in a 5 litre water bottle puour in very hot water and shake empty through a conical strainer and bash them with the end of a rolling pin as the seeds absorb alot of the water. I omly take in the morning or they keep me up all night. Be carefull with seeds as you dont know how much of the active ingedient is on them. A batch in the morning has me buzzing all day plus I dont have to go round some dodgy drug dealers house who has stamped on any gear he has and sold to make as much profit as possible fuck that plus they are legal. I only use once a week or sometimes twice if my back is playing up as to not get tolerant. Less than a what a bag in the UK costs gets me buzzing much more. now thats whay I call value for money
