New drug laws in Ireland

Does anyone know the details on the current drug laws in Ireland? Last month an unconstitutional drug law was revoked, and drugs like MDMA and ketamine became legal for a couple of days before they implemented an emergency ban on them. Does this mean there is now a list of drugs that are banned, like they have in most other countries? I found this:

its the Misuse of Drugs Amendment Bill 2015. Is that the current list of banned substances? Substances which don't appear on that list, can it be safely assumed they are unregulated now?

I thought in Ireland that they basically took the approach that everything is banned. And then they gave some exemptions to the likes of alcohol and tobacco - you know the safe ones that don't cause any deaths or problems.

I believe that's what the tories have planned for us - ban em all - let god sort em out. Ban everything that might theoretically affect a persons mood even strawberry nesquik and glucose.

It would, of course, be grossly irresponsible to waste government (= your) money by demanding to be arrested for the possession of various common household products (or reporting stores to the police for selling same), especially if this led to prosecutions and subsequent mountains of case law.

But probably great fun nonetheless, especially if you had precious little better to do .....

Yeah thats how it was but I believe that this approach has been ended since it violates the Irish constitution. Law isn't my thing though, thats why I'm asking about it here.
