when i was staff member, i tried as hard as possible to provide a response to any pm in a timely fashion. bluelight staff are all volunteers and it's possible they may not be able to respond as fast as either of you would like.right im not going to name names but when you contact a mod you expect a reply after a while especially when you basically begging for help now this has happened twice now ive just been fobbed off not and totally against what bluelight stands for
if the pm was bl business (e.g. reopening a closed thread, help with the archive or whatever) you could try pm'ing the other forum staff or reporting the post in question to bring it t the attention of all forum staff. if that doesn't work, escalate the issue to the smods who oversee eadd.
i understand that you perhaps feel entitled to a certain level of 'customer service' at bluelight and may be frustrated but, to be frank, moaning about this kind of thing publicly and throwing staff under the bus doesn't seem like the most productive way to solve the problem, does it?
