Hi, so I've been up all night on 3-FPM, and at a few points i was feeling really panicky so I took 5mg Diclazepam in total over the course of 6 hours. The 3-FPM is waring off and now I'm really worried about this as Diclazepam has a long half life..

I'm going to bed soon and I have to get up in 6 hours, im hoping i dont sleep through my alarm or die in my sleep.... maybe im paranoid from sleep deprivotion but Am I going to be okay???

Edit: My benzo tolerance is little to zero, the last time I had benzos was just over a month ago

I really, really don't think 5mg is going to harm you. Make you sleep good, yes.

If you're that worried, stay awake and monitor your breathing for a bit.

If your heart rate when down that fast that quickly you should not be going to sleep!

5mg of Diclazepam is unlikely to cause serious respiratory problems, unless combined with other CNS depressants such as alcohol, barbiturates or opioids.
Ultimately, no-one here can help you, if you have serious concerns - contact your local EMS/Poison Control Center, or contact someone to keep you company and call on your behalf if necessary.
