Hi, my name is Mandi, I'm a newbie here... As far as drugs, well, I use to be a really bad opiate addict, I started off like most, with just Vicodin, then percs, & at first I could just take em or leave em, u know like one to maybe five a month, that was going on n off for about 2 years, then it peaked... I began doing Roxicodones, Diluadid, & went from almost nothing to like 10-20 a day. It got so bad I hit rock bottom...u know the saying " jail, institution, & death, well thank God the latter didn't happen, but I spent 15 months total in jail over this "Marchman Act"(only in FL) my mom placed on me, I kno now she did it to save my life, but if I absconded from rehab to which I did time after time, the judge would order me 5 months 29 days in the county jail, all civil thank God but still the judge would rule it as contempt of court, so still on my record..Anyways, in between jail I started going to the methadone clinic where I was doing my outpatient classes, I still would screw up by takin xanax & then they'd do a UA and BAM back in jail, then they tried inpatient, well for some it may work but not for me, so again I absconded (left)... Ok so finally after all that BS, I decided to get on Suboxone, boy that was the best decision I'd ever made, well the outpatient clinic I was going to at the time told me I had to get off of it or I'd be kicked out, my mom and I went in front of the judge & she told him straight up that suboxone changed my life & my counselor from outpatient was there, n she threw me under the bus big time (diff subject), anyway mom said she wants to drop the Marchman & the judge who btw was a complete a$$ said fine, hope I don't see YOU in the obituaries, so he dropped it w/prejudice...Oh well.. So anyways, today I'm on Subutex 8mg, doc writes it for 3×a day but I only take half in the am & the other half about 3pm, he also has me on 100mg Zoloft and 1mg Klonopins 3× a day cuz I do have a bad anxiety disorder, & panic attacks... I love subutex, I don't kno where I'd be without them! They work great as an antidepressant & keep me from craving or even wanting a pill.. See Roxi's are full antagonist whereas Subs are only partial antagonist... Thanks to whoever read my long a$$ story but its who I was and I'm a much better person today. Any suggestions or feedback is completely welcome!
