Heroin stamp thread?

I am looking for a heroin stamp review thread, or at least a thread where people can post dangerous stamps. I used the search engine and found some old threads that are exactly what I am looking for but they are all at least 3 years old. I wasn't sure if I should post in a thread that has been dead for 3 years, or try to make a new one. Someone please let me know about this. Below I posted a link to a thread that is exactly what i am looking for. I see it is closed but there is no post saying why.

As far as I know, they do not allow stamp reviews anymore. That's why those threads are closed. But I was surprised also that the dangerous stamps thread was closed too. If you have information about a dangerous stamp, you can pm the moderator at NASDD (North and South American Drug Discussion) They may be able to guide you further, thanks.
