Yeah, when I first had the abscess the doctor said that in the UK they'd cut you open and stitch you back up and send you home with a bottle of APAP.

however, if i'm gonna be in pain.. why not have a little fun with it? I may be a lil bitch but I used to wake up every hour during the night sometimes crying. The doc pulled an entire syringe full of pus out of it..

i also can't take ibuprofen. Well i've never tried it but my mum says she had an allergic reaction to it so I don't wanna chance it.

Fucking exactly. If I go in and say I've taken Advil to deal with it on my own and it's not doing shit, why in the fuck would they think more Advil's the way to go?

Nope, but I've got a real fuck the world vibe going on (IRL, not with you guys) right now so I made an emergency pharm' pick-up.

I'm fuckin' super medicated right now and I still want to go do something reckless.




Fucking women, man... and she didn't even do anything, I'm feelin' all sorts of ways from fucking words. Took a bar and went to work on my heavy bag for close to an hour. My hand's swollen as fuck right now but I'm so barred out I don't even give a fuck.

But nah, umf, no kratom. I might give it a whirl some time in the future but, like I've said to someone around here before, I read up on it and it just didn't seem like my cup of tea. Also seemed pricey in the amounts I could find of it online, at least for something that I'm not too sure on to begin with.


I don't think it's unsafe or anything, the stuff I read just didn't really impress me all that much.

Kratom is dirt cheap, from a proper vendor an ounce runs maybe a dollar or two more than a pack of stogies and with the average starting dose ranging from 3-5gs that's anywhere from 5-9 doses for under 10 bucks. If you do decide to try it just stay away from branded shit, that's where it becomes a rip off and the quality is usually pretty shit, purchase from reputable ethnobotanical sites. It may not be oxycodone, but it's without a doubt the best analgesic your gonna get legally.
 
I heard it's good. But Im a real sucker for opiates. I haven't gotten to try it but one day I plan to. Is it much stronger than codeine? Euphoria wise?

I used to abuse codeine and it's euphoric abilities for me were shit. 300mg and I felt like coffee hits me stronger. I tried Hydrocodone and it was the bees knees. So where does it fall there? I love my euphoria... keep that in mind

Went to the Dodgers game last night and split a triple dose (180mg) Bhang Bar with my coworker (had also eaten over 100mg in straight oil before we left)..

By the 6th inning I was sliding down in my seat, giggling at everything, and the players and signs were fuzzy.. so much fun.

Might make it a weekly event to taste test edibles, this was already week#2.

...I read your post and thought to myself "Bullshit, I know what I saw," but then I went and checked the previous hits I had visited on my "kratom vendor" google search and realized I was looking at what's apparently an extract that I saw ran the cost of four dime bags for the smallest available amount.

You're right, though, about the actual, regular kratom. idk how I missed them. I probably saw the price tag for the product I was looking at and just said fuck that shit altogether, lol.
 
^ Make sure you stick to plain leaf, extracts are typically very expensive dose for dose and if your tolerance is low plain leaf should be more than enough. Nothing like ruining plain leaf with extract tolerance unnecessarily.

Kratom is pretty love/hate but most will agree it's stronger than codeine though every once in a while you'll see people who prefer codeine. For me it falls between codeine and hydro, stronger than the former weaker than the latter. Codeine hasn't gotten me high in years whereas kratom still produces a buzz. Kratom is unique though as it's also part mild stimulant. Like codeine kratom also has a ceiling where at a certain point upping the dose doesn't get you any higher. For me this is at about what 25-30mgs of hydro would produce effects wise so don't expect to get loaded. (Though with no tolerance it got me very high, especially after a fat blunt during the peak).

The quality of your product and the vendor you use are vital with kratom so if you can, try and get a reccomendation from an experienced kratom user or find a vendor that lists mitragynine content as quality ranges from shit to great (avg mitragynine of good kratom being 1.6-2+%). If you feel your up to it pick up an ounce of bali if your looking for an opioid substitute or something like thai or malaysian if you want something with a more motivational push. Start with ~3 grams and if your not satisfied wait about 4 hours and try again with 5g. Trust me there's nothing more unpleasant than too much kratom so it's best to start low and work up.

I got you capt Kratom. Im going to university in Florida soon so my options for drugs are gonna open up however I don't wanna pick up a habit with any opies. Kratom and morphine are the last Im interested in but I only ever plan to use them on hallucinogenic comedowns or bad hangovers. Never to just get high. I suppose this is prob a justification but after getting a taste for hydro I don't think I should be trying anything harder than kratom. Even though morphine is it's always been one of those classic drugs I was interested in.

But Capt, are those curly brackets part of the name change or you put it there?
 
kratom is the truth, i take it about twice a week. def has a hydro feel to it and have caught plenty "nods" off the bali strain from a proper online vendor.. im prescribed 3mg kpin daily so the combo is synergistic. i have both in me as i write and i am sipping on some kava from a reputable vendor as well. plus a few tokes.....GOLDEN. thats whats up tonight, just outta work.

Kratom is good IMO. I'd recommend trying it. Has a nice high that's a strange mix of energy & anxiolysis.

As far as an analgesic effect, I guess it has that too, but the pain I regularly experience (neuropathic pain) isn't easily treated by traditional opioid drugs so I can't give a clear assessment of that aspect of the drug. I do know that some people on traditional painkillers also take kratom and/or cannabis to augment their regiment.

As in, choppin' it up with tree and smoking an herbal mixture?

Yeah I don't think it's possible to smoke kratom, I've never even heard of anyone doing that.

But yeah, smoked opiates and weed do go together extremely well. I've never smoked opium though, only heroin. :\

I've always wanted to visit one of those old-timey opium dens and see what's what. That'll probably be one of my first stops when I make that time machine I've been working on.

Kratom is illegal in florida fwiw. On the topic of psychedelics and kratom, for whatever reason it doesn't dull trips anywhere near as much as traditional opies do so I'm not sure if that's gonna be a positive or negative for you.. Just thought I'd throw that out there just in case your looking for something to dull the tail end of a trip. Being that I'm dependant and I used to abuse the fuck out of psychedelics (shamefully) I used to mix the two all the time and I quickly realized that I could take high doses of kratom and still trip almost as hard, something that doesn't happen when I take pharma or smoke H mid/tail end of a trip. Still a great tool for relaxing the muscle stiffness after a long trip/roll though.

Lol that shit had me dying, only because crooked ass Long Beach cops really would do some shit like that...

One time I was at the park with some homies and two cops rolled up on us in a squad car, eyeballed our weed, took our shit (quarter of top shelf and a solid piece), then basically told us to kick rocks. About an hour later we went back to the park to meet up our shroom connect and as we get to the end of the park there's a cut by the basketball courts, and here these two busters are.... whole area smelled like straight dank and nobody else around. Wonder what they were up to 8)

I thought it was funny as shit too, man, lol. I'm happy to say I've never actually been dicked around the way you have before, though. I've had tree taken, but they've always given me a summons/notice to appear in court in exchange. I'd actually wish they'd've straight took my shit and smoked it right in front of me, lol. Better than all that legal bullshit....
