I just got switched to generic bupe/naloxone.. by MYLAN - it's a tiny circular white pill with the letter M in the middle of a hexagon (2 mg)on one side and the other side has a "2-5" on it.
I've done some research on bluelight but I couldn't find any thread on this specific generic brand (I'm in Canada)... I'm a little worried that it's not working as well as the brand name suboxone. Is this all in my head? Anyone else that switched to generic can tell me if they've noticed a difference for better or for worse? I just started today and I'm feeling anxious about the switch.

I've never had Mylan bupe pills before, but I have come across other Mylan products. I absolutely will not buy Mylan brand alprazolam off the streets. A lot of people will say it's all in my head, but in my experience they are weak and not worth even 1 dollar for 2mg pills.

That's just my opinion though. And like I said, I've never had the Mylan bupe, only ever had the brand name suboxone films. And also what I think were subutex pills...it was in detox in a rehab center so I was a bit out of it and don't really remember. I don't remember them having any markings on the pills though.

I don't mean for my post to be alarming and to worry you. The FDA rigorously regulates how these company's make their products. In all likelihood your new pills will work just fine.

they just came out less than a month ago.. so that's probably why you haven't heard of them.. although I'm pretty sure the US is ahead of us when it comes to pills... I thin Mylan is an American company, I'm not sure. I'm going to take it for a week and see how I feel, it's not like I'm in withdrawal... but I didn't get the little buzz in the morning that I like... it's probably just in my head tho!

dude, those little pills suck...

Sometimes they felt stronger and then sometimes i didnt feel much at all. go to a different pharmacy and get the generic big circle ones.

they should be fine, instant release prescription medications are among the easiest to make without fucking up.

inevitably there are always some subset of the population who makes up their mind about generic brand X Y or Z being bad, but they never have anything to substantiate it aside from hunches.
