How do you feel about cocaine: its recreational value in comparison to other drugs.

I for one have never understood the seemingly universal appeal of powdered cocaine. It's so expensive for a high that's not as good or powerful as meth and other assorted amphetamines. I have snorted it a few times, but I just never got into it. The euphoria was not long lasting... it just seemed like a waste of money. How do y'all feel about cocaine's recreational value?

I keep seeing these news articles about tons of cocaine caught on the border, etc. It's obviously profitable. I would never buy it. But maybe that's because I'm a huge heroin junkie, and I've also already experienced the cheapass high that belongs to methamphetamine. Heroin and meth are my two go-to hard drugs. Prescription opiates and amphetamines come next on the list. Then, of course, there's the occasional joint.

Basically, I see cocaine as a party drug with a reputation that really exceeds its actual effects. I'd try it again if it were in front of me, of course! But would I buy it? Hell no. How do you guys feel about it? How does the high feel for you?
 
Well to start off I iv it, which gives you the real euphoria in my opinion.

hate most stimulants but coke can be smooth.
It kinda grows on you to be honest.

used to be super strung out on h and still found a lil cash for coke/speedbawls, definitely not worth it but at the same time very worth it.

The high is short and intense as can be..
ears ringing body numb high as shit.
sometimes it's to intense An Ill puke

Typing this out my heart started racing and I'm cravin a ringer!!
 
I've stopped using cocaine with any true frequency or intravenously due to the alarmingly large and ever increasing amount of levamisole contained in samples caught at the border. The amount in it goes up about one percent or so each year. Its used as an animal dewormer if I'm not mistaken and is bad for your heart, more so than cocaine.

That's at the border, who knows what the fuck your cholo is putting in it. On a trip to Venezuela I picked up a gram of the some of the best blow I've ever done for 20 USD, was pretty smug with myself till my friend told me I got ripped the fuck off and busted out a bag of some face melting shit. He paid 50$ for like 10ish grams (he said the guy just eye balled it, I couldn't believe my ears). That was some time ago though. I've had a decent sized bag of some average Midwest US blow for a couple months now with no clear intent for it because I'm just too snobby to do it and too lazy to wash it as it would require me to make the anhydrous acetone. Sweating just thinking about all that hard work lol.
 
I'm sure when pure and IVed its the bees knees... For me the value per dollar isn't there, I'd go with amp over it every time...
 
The short duration of action is actually a plus of cocaine, in some respects...you can go out, have a nice night out on the town, do some coke & then get some sleep. Whereas with meth you get long periods of sleep deprivation followed by big sleep deficits that are a pain in the ass when you actually want to stop doing meth.
 
Ya, the being able to get some sleep is alright.. I don't really like it honestly, it's okay, but most of everything I have had has been cut to shit except twice...those two times were pretty nice. The other times just made me anxious/stimulated/and waiting for the next line 15-20 mins later. With the good stuff I got I could do a small to average size line and have some actual euphoria from it and be okay for 45 mins to an hour withouth the anxious feeling, but it just doesn't last long enough, and not an upper guy really cept for special occastions, but would prefer some kind of amphetimine or a stimulant RC thats good instead of all the overpriced garbage coke that goes around...now if they would stop stepping on it sooo much, I might do some every now and agian with friends, but usually just turn it down, even when free.
 
Cocaine is worthless unless you're getting top of the line product.

There are a lot of drugs like this, however cocaine is by far the most reputable.

Thats pretty much how id describe in a succint manner the (snorted) cocaine experience. I did a LOT of cocaine these last months (where i live it is cheap as hell and i have no complaints about quality) and it took me a while to realize the nature of it. I would put it this way: fleeting euphoria, talkativeness and agitation are all side effects from Coke. The primary effect is craving for more Coke. You get the idea? It took me long to realize that. Imo it would be a great functional drug - subtle and smooth high, improved confidence and energy - if it wasn't for the mindless fiending! Seriously. It sucks, but you still wanna do it.

Now thats snorted Coke... Shitty, too fiendy for a negligible high... IV Coke (smoking crack comes close) is another level. Honestly, Coke was meant to be IVed, its the only way to unleash its powers and then you see how its a powerful drug.

The rush is unsdescribably insane... Its like 'excuse me while i kiss the sky': eras ringing, body numb, heart about to explode and a rush of energy going through your body while your head is at infinite miles per hour... For five minutes... Then all you want is more... It gives a itch only Coke can scratch...

You know, Coke sucks... But are you snortin that line on the mirror or... Can i? Snifffffffff

It wasn't my drug of choice, like Heroin or any opiate nor meth but it came in handy when I quit meth (then), as I wasn't up for days in a row due to the short acting effects. Of course until I switched over to crack. :\

On occasion I could take or leave cocaine, and stop but I couldn't with heroin or crack. But, that's just me.

It also has a cap of sorts. One can only do so much in an evening… seemingly.
 
I've only ever taken softer stims like ritalin and amphetamine, but since those are incredibly close to meth and coke I think I can weigh in. Half the enjoyment of methylphenidate for me was getting up to snort a line and get a little rush every 40 min. It seems stupid now but I enjoyed taking it a lot more than amphetamine becuase I just took that orally. I do like the amp high way better though, it lasts way longer, it's smoother, and has better euphoria.
 
Cocaine is a drug I have nothing but ABSOLUTE hate for. I despise it so much. Smoking coke has caused me so much pain,misery, and health problems. It's been over two years since I have touched it, and my teeth are starting to decay and rot to shit. My heart is all fucked up. I can go on for days about why it sucks.


I have no TRUE VERDICT AND JUDGEMENT on snorting. It's really bad too, but CRACK is the motherfucking plague.
 
I personally do not like cocaine overall.

Thee high is nice but wayyyy too short-lived and very fiendy. I find that once I start I can't stop, and I get very grouchy when I come down and there's no more left. It's totally not worth it for me. But that's coming from someone who MUCH prefers downers anyway. :\
Sometimes cocaine can give me anxiety attacks so i don't even bother with it. It's so hard to say "no" when someone offers a line though! lol
 
Done it one time. just hit a lick for an oz of some dank and my homeboy went to pick up a g of girl. i had never done it so he scooped as much as he could on the tip of his knife and proceeded to give me 2 or 3 more, it was some a1 for sure cause my homie only had the best connects and honestly it sobered me out from the weed more than anything. i felt a little jittery and felt a bit stronger for 5 minutes but that was about it. imo its overrated especially how expensive it can be
 
Not worth it. Even if it was 1/4 the price, it still wouldn't be worth it. Even some nootropics I use blow coke out of the water. Granted, I probably have never had high-quality fish scale, but of the coke I have had, it was verified by the very experienced friends I have that it was indeed "fire". I enjoy it, it's fun as hell to feel like Henry Hill, but the shockingly-low purity of average street cocaine is scary enough to make me steer clear. I also know myself and I know that I would blow through my entire stash in one sitting, most likely.

Haven't had it in years and I don't miss it.
 
Highly ROA-dependent.

When taken intravenously, its recreational value occupies the shared second spot with heroin (with LSD being #1). When smoked as a freebase, it is extremely recreational, more so than most drugs if you don't IV them.

When sniffed, I'd rate its recreational value somewhere around maybe alcohol or benzos, less than cannabis, slightly above ordinary speed. It's not all that, even when the shit is real good. When it isn't, I'll turn down a line sometimes.

Worst bang for your buck in the drug world.

I've taken it orally and intranasally and orally wins all day. I used to sniff coke and the mindless fiending as neuro puts it is so facking annoying. Like once the initial snert rush is gone your mind is just fixated on another lane. Sniffing coke is horrible for any long period of time. I would usually just get too drunk, sniff 1 and pop a valium to straighten out and stop drinking and that's the only time snorting came in handy.

IV/Smoked shall be for the real addicts. That's a bad road.

As for orally? The high is 1-1.75hrs long with the smoothest ride cocaine can provide. I put 200mg in a capsule once and the effects were similar to that of MDxx. Like no anxiety, brain tingles, silly smiles, intense gurning, euphoric energy and intense feelings of empathy. That's the shit. Recreationally in terms of partying, that's my party drug.

I also live close to South America and get higher quality for hella cheap so I don't feel the pain like you guys do but even still snorting coke is no different than how described above.

Well, yeah with those prices I'm sure it doesn't matter so much. It's got a pretty good purity/price ratio in Holland too, but I never found sniffing it to be anything special. Smoked or down the mainline, that's where the euphoria lives.
 
Cocaine is a top notch drug if you're going out to pick up girls or want to feed your ego. You can talk about yourself with a much more inflated self importance. But it actually feels real. And the power it gives you to be frank, sharp, and energetic actually gives you power because you're personally engaging. It's like something important is about to happen and you're the star.

This is good coke. In higher doses you can get more euphoria, more reduced inhibitions to the point you could be socially intimidating to others because you don't care you're in control and more direct and irritable and constant desire for a bump ever 45m -1 hour. Better have some downers on hand if you drag the duration of use too long. Good coke (bought in a big enough chunk) makes the difference. At first it will seem underrated, but if you have money through shady side gigs or you're rich it's no problem then you learn to like the coke's subtlety: you're fully in control and can stop very quickly if you please.

Problems: it will wear out the middle part of your nose with time and you'll constantly be sniffling cause your breathing through whatever nostril(s) you snort from is messed up. This is why I stopped. I don't know about crack or IV. I've been apprised that crack is really where coke euphoria is at, but I always knew I'd never try crack, meth, or heroin not worth it.
