Energy drink and SSRI

Is it ok to drink ONE glass of energy drink (caffeine, taurine) while on SSRI (sertraline)? Or would it be dangerous for some reason? I just heard it might cause arrhythmia.

Unless you get super hyper off caffeine, you shouldn't even worry about it.
 
There really cannot be any strong interactions between SSRIs and caffeine. I think this simply because you have a class of highly prescribed medication coupled with the most widely used stimulant, if there was harmful interactions like 1/4 of the US wouldn't be able to drink coffee.
