sertraline,zolpidem and alprazolam mix ??

Hey guys, I have a question.

I am using 50mg sertraline daily for depression and yesterday I took 10mg of zolpidem because of my sleeping problems. But today I wanted to take alprazolam 0,5mg because i had a really really stressfull day. Could that cause me any problems ? I am worried that some of the zolpidem i took yesterday may interact with alprazolam I was about to take.

It will most likely relax you and probably help you sleep better, although I'd try to avoid using the Xanax if possible. As you may be aware that getting off Xanax can be a worst nightmare.

Thanks for the reply ! I have helex 0,25mg pills but I really want to feel it so it's gonna be 2 pills for my first time
I'm new to benzos and antidepresants..

What I really mean is.... Please Don't take the Xanax. If you become dependent on it then you'll be in for a rough ride!
