Don't combine seroquel with alcohol or you will have a pretty horrible experience. This coming from my own and a few friends experience.
EDIT: Someone had been drinking during the evening, not totally piss drunk but not barely tipsy either. They then took their dose of seroquel for the night and what happened was, they suddenly found themselves to be nearly paralyzed, could barely move or speak, it scared the shit out of them, they somehow managed to gesture for a pen and paper on which they just wrote with the worst hand writing I have seen "why can't I speak?". Then I realized what's going on, calmly assured them it was just the interaction of seroquel of alcohol (of which I had warned them but they didn't listen) and that it would pass, slapped a strong nicotine patch on them and gave them their prescribed benzo and soon they came out of it enough to atleast speak and move again. The experience was so scary they vowed never to take seroquel again and instead opted for psychosis.
