EXERCISE.............. I WILL enjoy myself...... I will get back into exercise n the fitness industry if it kills me...... I'm soooooo damn disgusted with myself for becoming an addict it's unreal....... but ugh, I try, I realllllly fucking try to get back.......................... and people judge me, rip me apart it's sooooooo fkn hard...... I NEED to get back or life really isn't worth living....

Evening all. I'm finally eating dinner and a bit sulky at being shammy-less. Dems the games though ain't it. Won't be long until bed and I shall be phoneless all week. Shite times and I could actually throw a hissyfit only I'm too tired for such things.

Im fine ty, almost forgot about you all for a while....

Had a very busy autumn/winter working and early this year, now things have quitend down for me at the moment fortunatley as im a bit burnt out, so enjoying the rest at home currently :)

Yes I know, twas my own fault for not realising the date was so close. I can't txt the lovely Kate but know you two have stuff on coming up soon. I shall send her a FB PM and await her reply as to when you're both available.

Trust me, I was heartbroken. I REALLY need a bit of time away, especially with Kate! Though I think you'll provide adequate amusement yourself :p ;)

I'm not so bad lovely Sadie.. ive just woken up after unexpectedly falling asleep and I don't feel much like going back to sleep now..

Plus there's the Mxe that I was intending to take prior to falling asleep still on the side, so I may just take that and watch a film..

Up for work at 8 for an 11am all day shift. So is the way of the world. Expect me to resume to me wanting to watch the world burn tomorrow. :(
