^ Tolerance is neither here nor there as far as technique goes - a CWE is a CWE, the only difference really is how many pills you use and of which type.
What I do is take as many pills as are required and put them in a small wine glass with cold water. You can just use water from the cold tap but make sure to run it for a while so it's properly cold or, even better, use refrigerated or ice water. How much water to use is somewhat personal but less is better than more. As noted above, paracetamol (acetominophan, whatever you prefer to call it) can be dissolved at up to around a gramme per 100ml of water - this is why you want the water as cold as possible as the colder the water (and the less of it) the less paracetamol in the finished solution.
Leave the pills in the water until dissolved (if in a real hurry you can crush the pills to a powder and add water instead of letting them dissolve).
I mostly use kitchen towel (3-4 sheets thickness and wetted with cold water) as a filter but coffee filters are also ideal (also wetted with cold water). Pour the dissolved pill gunk water through the filter (can take quite a while to filter depending on how much gunk you are filtering) into a suitable container. Solution should be crystal clear (although one or two brands of pill will always leave a cloudy solution - Paramol specifically (in the UK at least)). If solution looks cloudy you may want to repeat the filtration but as long as you use a decent filter your solution should always be clear.
Drink solution. It doesn't often taste nice but it will feel just dandy and your liver will thank you profusely and repay you by not failing on you.
EDIT: The first post in
this thread provides a great tutorial - it makes no difference that it is talking about co-codamol, just replace those with whatever pills you are using.
