Gibberings CLXXXIX - Squirrel Nut Zippers, the Albert Hall and going cookerless

OK so I'm doing this 14-mile walk I decided to do. There's something so free n excingly intoxicating about walking for miles n miles. I've forgetting n actually missed this feeling.

Hang on I took 2 mg of suboxone today n am still on suboxone, why am I getting a good feelling from this walk. Am I imagine this? - as in a placrbo affect? Or am I slowly getting me back????

Yes, very much. The Madonnas bio should be called - how i fucked everyone just to get to the top, it's bollocks - very fien - for someone who likes to read shitty magazines it might be the book of the century (sorry if anyone fancies her) =D after it i have quit reading biographies, autobiography if you're a fan it's a different thing to read, just in my opinion.

I'm more of a fantasy, sci-fi or a horror novel lover, so that was proper out of my comfort zone, i don't read much anymore but when i do i read my harry potter books to my son or just for myself. I should more indeed :)

How are you doing?
 
Madonna apparently fucked the guy from Swans. You may not have a clue to whom I refer, but it's a weird, weird thought. It got her a lot of credibility and attention in New York though.

I did fancy Madonna, but that was about twenty-something years ago. So don't worry. :D

I'm loving your prose, it fair brightens me <3 I tried to translate the Irish Gaelic to Scots but got fucked over by google - my Gaelic's nae so good. And to think I've been to 2 MODs!!! 8o
 
They're not so different as languages go, 'cept you lot have the fadas the wrong way around and say 'tha' instead of tá. It was basically "Have you seen my bright star of the morning, at the dawning of the day?". It's sort of cribbed from an ancient song anyhow, but thanks!
 
morning/afternoon :) its a crappy day outside I still have not got my insurance money but have found a nice wee car not a mystery machine nor some really awesome flowered car but a wee nissan micra named zephyrus my last car was called bebop now just need to get some accessories and its good to go hope you all had a cracking weekend and your week just keeps getting better

A friend asked me the other day if there was any of "those legal highs" that was like ket. I mentioned MXE was as close as you'll get, so I gave them a hand finding some..

I told them to be careful with it etc, which they have been. I asked if I could borrow a gram until I got some in and they've only gone and cut it with creatine or some shit because it was too strong 8) Sacrelige

My mammy spoke the Irish fluently, but I was brought up and there still is Scots Gaelic everywhere. I read it better than speaking it and suprisingly can understand more listening to it! Languages were never my strong point - I spent 9 months trying to learn Japanese before going there to realise with a Wedgie accent they still couldn't understand a word from me :D Yes I did see the bright star...it made me smile thanks %)

Well I was gna go on the Healthy thread and compare exercise v opiates to try and help others with addiction but will do it later and I'm not in the mood. Honestly friendships are bloody over-rated. Next time I EVER before defending anyone or bothering with anyone please feel free to shoot me.

Random thing I need to share (sorry I haven't read up so don't know whats occurring in this thread)... Ha..a while ago I was on this weird trip that I was surrounded by cannibals.:D

A major cannibal culprit said to me the other day that she had a hammock she wanted to give me ( sure she said it with a sinister, hungry, glint in her eye)..Now I keep thinking about strung up boiled hams.
