this puzzles me why is midazolam so pricey compaired to alprazolam? btw are these the same class of benzo? i say this because of the olam instead of the regular pam ending. are midazolam the king of benzos? i mean compare the price to ativan or diazepam an there way more dearer? what the reason behind it i wonder do they contain gold dust!!!!

I believe it is just a case of supply and demand.
IMO I've taken dormicum and xanax and I would prefer xanax.
Didn't think it was anything special other than reading about how shooting it is supposed to be awesome, but I never shot pills.
I doubt recipients of the lethal injection agree.

Because they very very rarely prescribe it outside of a hospital setting or somewhere where you're having a medical procedure aka surgery... It's either diverted from that in the liquid for for IV or its in the pills but extremely rare in pill form

This. Also Vials are always more.

Still not sure you could try a Google search?

Part of what makes midalozam such a "novelty" in my opinion is its an iv able benzo.

i was administered this intravenously twice in hospital and it is by far my favourite benzodiazepine of all time, though that may be due to the ROA.

haven't tried xanax so i couldn't comment.

They are not the same class. Alprazolam is a triazolobenzodiazepine while midazolam is an imidazobenzodiazepine. Both are rather amnesic but alprazolam is mostly anxiolytic, while midazolam is mostly hypnotic.

They have markedly different effects. Both hit you fast but midazolam has a much shorter duration of action.
