Best way to cure rls with out benzos or weed

I have found that even after I tapered off of subs I still have rls , and that it what's always makes me relapse , any good methods excluding weed or benzos ? I have tramadol but am afraid to try it because iv heard cases where it made it worse , Ty in advance
 
maybe kava or kratom? neve3r tried kava and just started looking into it, it seems like maybe it has potentioal to help cause it helps you relax. kratom is used widely for WD sickness so im sure it might not be the worst thinkg to try, just make sure you get the more sedation kind and not the speed type

or something like doxylamine..I always used weed when WD, well fpr me its more like a "must use" cause its the only thing that will actually make my laugh andnot me miserable and able to forget about being dopesuick for a little bit, well maybe not forget but at least it gets if off my mind for the time being and actually go do something. I always feel being dope sick is way worse when youre just layin in bed all day doing nothing. but if you get out the house and do something and get your mind on doing something else besides being miserable and thinking about dope, that it actually makes the Wds bareable..

but im weird so maybe that's just for me, but my Wds are always worse when im sitting in bed all curled up doing nothing. but smoke someweed and go shopping or hang out with somepeople nd the symptoms go away for the time. they might return when you get home and get back to bed but the time when you are out doing shit it will go away for the most part..for me atleast

Yep, exactly why weed is so great for chronic pain as well :)
 
Time and more time and another few months of time. Also stretching, running, any use of your legs. RLS sucks but it goes away.
