I still own the first Placebo album. I adored it. I was such a stuck-up little indie-schmindie git that I refused to buy the second one because it was too corporate and they'd become too popular. :D

It came in handy to be a Molko clone in the late nineties though. Even though most of them were just brickies in make-up trying to get off with the pissed-up 'birds', as the auld glam-rock adage went.

I was listening to Donovan, but the Man went out and it stopped and he's my DJ unless I just batter out the likes of faithless, leftfield and mentally disordered dancing :D

Some sax jazz would be really good - always helps my mood.

Nice one. I had a Muse marathon the other day. I stopped listening when 'Black Holes and Revelations' was released. I did get free tickets to go see them in November of that year and it was a cracking gig though. I had taken a load of purple ohms (those capsules with Morning Glory and HBWR) and, surprisingly, had no real body load so I was still able to dance comfortably and shout 'yeooo' at appropriate intervals %)
