Sleeping after mephedrone session

Next week myself and a group of friends are going away to party for 2 days

I will be taking alcohol and mephedrone on both the Friday and Saturday

I will probably be staying up until about 6am but then I want to get some sleep so I can go again on the Saturday night

Can anyone suggest anything to help me sleep, preferably natural but if not, something okay to mix with mephedrone

Huge amounts of cannabis seems to be a natural cure, less natural alternatives include temazepam, etizolam & other short acting benzos (just don't make these a regular thing). Alcohol might work too, but be careful with that, don't drink a lot more than usual just because you're on meph, you will feel it more when the meph wears off & don't mix too much alcohol with other downers.

I was planning on getting some Flubromazapam for a stim sesh, is this a bad idea because it's a long lasting benzo? Etiz seems to be out of stock everywhere
 
mephedrone = dont even plan on sleeping. if you wanna sleep dont take it. well if you take some early enough with out over doing it plus weed you might sleep, just maybe.

i find trying to force sleep while on any kind of upper is just bothersome and negative. when i do stimulants eye accept i wont be getting much sleep if non at all.

Just you'll still be feeling it the next night & that might affect your drinking. I think longer lasting benzos usually take longer to have an effect too. It's still possible to find etiz.

yeah, sleeping after meph is a nightmare

also, is there anything I can do to feel fresh and ready to go again the next night or is sleep and eating healthy and drinking water the best option?
 
Melatonin is your best bet, but if you don't have any you can take a low dosage of benadryl.
Since you're drinking, sleeping shouldn't be too difficult. Ripping a bong or two is always fun as well ;)

To answer your other question, eat a decent meal beforehand since its a appetite suppressant. After you wake up (if you get any sleep at all), take a cool/warm shower to wake you up. Eat a big, healthy breakfast, and get the vibes going for the next night and have fun!

Good fucking luck to you, is all I can say haha. Mephedrone will completely exhaust your body but leave you far too wired to even lay down still for more than a couple of minutes. This drug is the devil mate, proceed with caution.
 
Whenever I wanted to go to sleep after a mephedrone binge, I took 200mg of trazodone or I turned to Jack Daniels and 1-2mg of clonazepam. (note: it's dangerous to mix alcohol and mephedrone and most other stimulants) It's a bitch to sleep after mephedrone due to the metabolites. If you dose once and stop it's easy but if you keep redosing which everyone does, its hell trying to sleep.
 
I never used to be able to sleep AT ALL after meph, but now ill go to the gym on the morning and work out very hard to tire myself out, can usually get a few hours sleep after the sesh after that, still feel like shit though
