My last neighbours were pretty bad.

1. They had a little yappy shitzu that barked all the time when they left the house.
2. They were always shouting at their daughter to turn down her music. Her bedroom was on the other side of the wall to me and she loved her chart music.
3. The father was trying to learn piano all year.
4. The father was big into singing karaoke (badly) and usually big OTT love ballads. It was a bit of a stereotype as they were Chinese.


Anytime I knocked on their door, all I'd get is shaky blinds.

I shivered so much yesterday morning on the way to work that my chattering teeth bit my tongue and made it bleed....luckily it was so numb it didn't hurt too much. It doesn't seem quite as cold this morning though

Luckly not working today so i can just wear whatever and hole up in tavers and pubs.

Oh wait thats not what im doing. What i am doing is standing in lines for thw treasurehunt of stamps reciepts and proofs of status to make an employment file. For a job ill start in 3 weeks. Yey.

Fell back asleep again and slept in by 45 min. FUUUUUCK!!! I've got the mother of all sore throats. Considering I no longer have my tonsils why does it hurt so much where they used to be??? Feels like my tonsils are infected yet I have none now.....

you can still infections without tonsils, just that it doesnt happen as often. The way they remove them also counts, as its not necessary to remvoe them completley iirc...

Dunno how mine were removed I was put under. I know they cauterized the area. That was just over 10 years ago. Mine were removed due to chronic and severe tonsillitis. Don't think I've felt I've had tonsillitis since until today!!! Freaky!!!

Ugh tonsil problems can be so annoying and also dangerous. Thank god i never had problems with them, my doc said they were abit big but never had them removed Anyway tonsil removal surgery is easy and it's not supposed to be painful, also recovering from it isnt that bad.

It is indeed. Speaking of sore throats though mine has felt a bit fucked for days. Ah well, back on the intoxicants now after a week of almost perfect sobriety so I'm sure a few glasses of wine will sort me out.

Armed with what will be a possibly empty bottle, half a gram of cocaine that could either be brilliant or shite (but only cost me £25), a tiny bit o' heroin, some definitely dubious MDMA and my dwindling box o' benzos I will be off on my travels again later. If we all pray that the snow holds off till tomorrow it might help, we might be a bunch of sinners but surely between us we'll get one prayer answered. Also, pray that some better drugs somehow fall into my lap between here and there.

Have a lovely day scumbags. Eastenders then packing for me, ahh. (sadface for packing, not Eastenders).

Hiya P4nda - how do you make polenta? I've never tried it. It's always mashed potatoes here! (blame the irish thing lol) and it would be really kind of you if you can give me your Goulash recipe too - thanks kx

Damn those hearts always fuck up the longest posts that i've written :D should change the heart smiley with a word like :heart: or something, just saying

So basicly polenta is cornmeal that you mix in boiled water or milk and you add some butter or creamy cheese in it /basic. You can bake it, fry it or just cook it. Seasoning can be italian or however you feel like it. It's a very versitale dish and you can play with it. That's what i do

For goulash - it's a simple slow cooked dish . I browsed abit and i'd say - that recipe. I usually throw in whatever the veggies i got left in my fridge :D

My sons favourite dish, he ate 2 and a half plates of it and he's 22 months old.

Have fun with it i'm sure you could make a materpiece dish out of those two %)

The polenta here comes in hard blocks in the supermarkets and it indicates a lot of stirring and stirring sounds like it takes ages to do....should I be looking out for a free flow cornmeal from a Polish deli?
