I'm sorry, but no matter how bad things get, they can do something. Alright, your troubles are very real, but you are not a unique case.

The seizure had nothing to do with their treatment and everything to do with the benzos you were (possibly illicitly) taking. If you're co-operative and honest (and from your posts, I don't think that was the case previously) then you'll be treated with the compassion you deserve.

I know people who are / were far less able to function comfortably than you who have got the help they need. Bear that in mind, and please try to see that there is a way out.

The thing that confuses me is you're adamant that you won't do anything silly, and yet you're psychotic. If you're truly psychotic, then how can you be sure? I know I never could.

I had a sezuire in a rehab while coming off a benzo script. They gave me a anti psychotic half way through the taper and I had a hour sezuire which I came in and out of, the countries leading addiction specialist put this in writing. I have been nothing but honest with the mental health team and tell them EVERYTHING. My psychosis is demons and voices with paranoia, I am still in full control of my actions. All they will do in hospital is fill me full of downers, anti psychotics don't work either, they dumb down the brain and that's all. I am not going to kill myself nor harm others and that's what the hospital is for.

Evey tell us about your interest in crystals please? I hardly know anything about them but love semi-precious stones and have a few pieces made into jewellery. I'd love to know more of what you've learnt.

I did a Reiki 1 course a while back and found that interesting - do you know about that?

Did the wee one go down ok tonight or did she want more stories?! I remember mine always wanted another book or 3.
