isn't it lovely when 2 family members are hoping for you death so and that it painful and scarily sick by the way that's my so called mother and father they are hoping i get murdered nasty pieces of work these two really are catch you lot later

This is heartbreaking Foolsgold! I understand the pain here all to well. About a month ago my mother (lost my dad, who was an awesome guy, 13 yrs ago when i was in my young 20's :'( ) drunk and on pain medicine - but very aware - told me if she had a gun, she'd shoot me, that she wished I'd commit suicide and that every bad thing that happened to me I deserved because I was absolutely worthless...... These are things no parent should ever say to a child - no matter what!! I am sorry for your pain Foolsgold

I shan't bore BL with my personal experience in family matters, though I will say: 'family' is, in no way, only applicable to individuals arbitrarily linked by blood or by law.

Family is a collection of people with whom you can express openly without judgement, and who offer the same in kind. Those we care for, and who care for us equally. Those we support, and those who return the favour.

That is a true 'family'.

Thanks so much Evey!! It may sound odd, but it's really important to have people say such supportive things. Even though one's logical mind states that having your mother say such things is purely undeserved BS when your feelings come to play you actually do have doubts that pop up when something like that is said.

You hit the nail right on the head there SproutOnSmack! I am ever thankful for those I have come to call my "soul family". I do not share a drop of blood with any one of them, and yet somehow they are always there to pick me up every time I fall, and I strive to do the same for them. I have to say, that's where it's at! I've heard it said countless times that blood is thicker than water - but I've come to the conclusion that love trumps it all!
 
Sprout.....I saw a bloke standing on the platform of Central Station in Newcastle yesterday eve ing that was the absolute spitting double of you.

I mean jt wasn't you but looked like you....sort of.. He was engrossed in his phone and i was tempted to go over and see if he was on BL. Haha!!

Incidentally has anyone ever been on a train, bus or whatever and seen someone one their phone or iPad reading bluelight?......and if so would you go over and speak to them?

I too had a gem mill and an engraving kit. However I was more interested in trying to convert the engraver into a high powered AC vibrator for my masturbatory pleasures (with mixed success I might add).
 
Walked out on my job yesterday at lunch time, bunch of tossers in there.

Now I'm home all day again.

I can hang out with you guys.

Anyway I did blood tests three weeks ago, liver levels still messed up but kidney function has picked up.

Sticking to daily kratom and 1mg of lorazepam, plus a dicreasing amount of bromazepam, now I'm on 16 drops daily, 8 in the morning, 8 in the evening, I started the taper at 40 drops.

Hope you're all doing fine.
 
On the positive side Kenny, the liver is very good at healing itself... The only organ that does really. Mybe throw a bit of milk thistle in there for good measure. I'm sure it will sort itself out. Have they said exactly what's wrong in terms of which enzymes?

Sucks about the job....will you still be able to claim benefits I you left? If not you could always try and get a sick note from your doctor and say you left for health reasons..

I don't see much in the way of effort to be honest. Plenty of assurances, but they're beginning to ring a little hollow, especially when followed by the usual RC-induced wig-out a day or two later.
