Help with dosing codeine 3s

Lets say one weighs 110lbs. Their opiate/opiod is limited to: 30mg perc they recall a slight buzz, 4 days straight of ~200-250mg ultracet they recall a pretty good buzz at first but by the end of the week was rather light, 120-150mg codeine/acet they may have gotten some euphoria for a very short period or it may have been placebo because it ended rather quickly even after smoking 2gs of green to the face. How would you suggest this person doses on codeine to get a decent high?

With 3's? Cold water extraction of 5-8 or em. That'll put you in the 150-240 mg range. It 120-150 didn't get ya where you wanted to be before, increase a little. That being said, Percs are way stronger, so if you're used to those, codeine may not have much left to offer you. Also, in the future, try not to take that much ultracet (tramadol). It can cause seizures at high doses.

Thanks for the advice. Yeah I made sure that I was just under the seizure threshold. I was really chasing the high. Fifth day of that week I rolled MDA, there were many impulsive choices made. Any suggestions on how to lower tolerances for anything? Despite my miniscule weight I have an ungodly tolerance to everything except for hallucinogens.
