Hey all,
Not sure if I placed this in the right spot or not, so if I have not, please let me know and I will re-post it or you can re-locate it.
Now, I myself have always wondered exactly what they are testing for in a standard 42 drug, urine screen. I am on the Methadone program, and get these weekly. I, personally have never had the opportunity to know what they test for, and by strike of luck (my family doctor left this area, giving me my medical charts, allowing me to see exactly what they screen) have the results of mine, which also show what they test for, along with the cutoff levels of each drug.
There is nothing personally identifiable here, just the drugs they test for, and their cutoff levels (ng/mL). So this is more for everyone's benefit/information. Hope this helps someone in the future with their question to exactly what they screen for in a 42-drug screen. This particular drug test is the one they use in this province for a standard Methadone drug screen.
Note: This is what they test for here. The cutoff levels, and even the drugs may be different where you live. So please do not base anything upon this, or rely on it to "not get caught". It is purely for record and information purposes. Also, this is only a urine screen. Hair samples, blood screens and any other method could be different.
If you have any other questions, or requests from my medical file (of course without any identifiable data) just ask.
