Opioids Morphine Rectal Administration Tools

Hello, bluelight, I am well aware that this is my first post, and for that, I'm sorry, because it's one that fits my needs. However, I feel like there are probably many other people out there that would appreciate any information related to my topic.

My niece's boyfriend has a cousin who is only able to obtain ms-contin 30mg tablets (the teal ones) as of late, and the only acceptable route of administration for him is rectal.

Herein lies his dilemma. He has recently lost his plunger, and lives quite some distance from any open pharmacies that would happen to carry an oral syringe, so he was wondering, what other tools could work as an efficient rectal plunger, that could be found within the average household?

I'll be standing by, and appreciate any responses.

Unfortunately there's no good way to MacGyver an oral syringe, can you not buy some online?

I guess you could smash the ms Contins up and make cocoa butter suppositories (melts just below body temp) like Martindale says, but that seems like much more work than it's worth.

A usable method WAS discovered. After reading a bit, a pen was broken and the sides were melted down to smooth it out, a finger was placed over one end, ms dripped into the other, and it was inserted while my finger remained on the other end until it was deep enough. It took a few trips but eventually there was a success.

Serious question, even though I don't believe so, are there any health repercussions associated with the method above?

As long as the pen wasn't still hot and didn't cut the inside of your ass, then no.

Unless you consider the mental repercussions of having just stuck a broken pen up your ass to do morphine, in which case, yes.
