Gotta love it when you run out of test while your source is unavailable...last pin was 50mg test E (ED dosage) on the 10th. Feck.

Though he's had some mailed to me, should HOPEFULLY turn up tomorrow.

You're in Oz right? On another board I heard good things about a lab that goes by lamborgini. Apparently getting in contact with him is hard but he tends to get good reviews. Ministry of steroids was doing well for a while along I want to say henched but apparently henched took a nose dive recently. I'm trying to stay on top of their aussie gear discussion as you guys have it very rough so I want to help out
 
Fair enough. I honestly wouldn't know where to start when it comes to finding another source aside from my mate....other than just asking all the clearly jacked dudes at the gym lol, which isn't really the way to go. Would prefer to find an online source for simplicity...ehh ah well.

My mate still runs FEX labs gear which is what I've used for almost the last year with no issues (aside from the sus250 pip, which isn't the fault of the gear per se).

Sounds like a rep to me. But as trozzle said, most supps are waste of money. Eat healthy food and when ready hop on basic gear cycles til advancement calls for more.
 
Any of you guys ever get an exertion headache on the leg press? I had my first one tonight. Not good at all. I wasn't doing anything abnormal. It was my first set of ten with the same weight as my last leg day. Maybe it was due to being dehydrated, not breathing right, etc. But it was bad enough to already have me rethinking the leg press.
 
Probably bad breathing rhythm forcing blood to your head. I get it with deads sometimes.

Things like improper breathing and stimulant use usually trigger them for me.

I was using a heavily caffeinated pre work out for a while and would get the worst exertion head aches doing leg press.
 
Ya, ever since that leg press incident, I have been getting them pretty much every workout (though to a lesser intensity). High-rep heavy bench now does it. High-rep heavy pulldown also now does it. So does military. I'm just training through it, but am keeping my rep ranges a bit lower (six seems to be when they activate). If I breathe right, they don't get that bad. But this is giving me a lot of anxiety. I'd rather not have to deal with this. It's not as fun going to the gym when your first big set is almost guaranteed to jumpstart a migraine.
 
That does suck man :( I can absolutely feel you on the anxiety bit too! Having suffered a goddamn fkn stroke myself back in Dec 2005 (was 17 at the time), any time I feel I'm exerting myself a little much and pushing too much blood to my head I get really worried haha....especially the few times I've copped the same headache you describe.....ESPECIALLY on the incline leg press, where your head is already lower that your legs :(

I have begun to learn what it is I'm doing that causes it, and how to work around it. Personally I found it had a lot to do with incorrect (more or less lack of) core activation. Rather than contracting my TA, I was just...well, straining. Contracting ALL core muscles. No good. Once I realised this and begun focussing on TA activation alone, not only did I stop copping the blood rush to the head and any associated pains, but my lifts increased significantly (reps at least).
 
So like....I don't understand why the fk I'm so disgustingly vascular lol. Below pic was taken just after a set of bench for a laugh at my veins, so ignore the really weird shaped belly hahaha I was still breathing a little heavily :P
