Swim has been sniffing oxy 30s for 3 years. Every now and then, on his first rip, he'll get a powerful intense sharp pain on the top of the back of his head. And he'll get a burning sensation that feels similar to the pain sensation if you turn your head the wrong way fast. Not sure if im explaining it as best I could but it's hard to explain. And then after he sniffs the rest of the oxys and goes numb...but is this at all normal? Does it happen to anyone?

SWIM is against the rules here at Bluelight because it doesn't actually protect you in any way and just makes posts harder to read, you can just refer to whoever you're actually referring to, whether that be you or a friend.

As for your question, I've never experienced that kind of pain snorting oxy, but it sounds like you've been sniffing them for a long time - do you clean your nose out after snorting? Long term snorting can do a lot of damage to your nose, so it's not surprising you're feeling sharp pain if you've done some damage. It's worth flushing your nose out with saline water (or at least regular water by dripping it into your nose from a spoon/the tap/a syringe/something else) after a line has had a few minutes to absorb, as it means that the pill binders and such aren't sitting in your nose causing more damage over time.

Figured I'd move this to the correct place in case anyone else has some additional thoughts to add to that. :)

Im doing H for 7 years now and only sniffing it(a couple of months smoking it as well) but thing is,your nose can only take so much abuse and starts reacting after awhile.

Id suggest natural liquid solutions like Physiomer(thats what its called here but i live in Europe),its essentially sea water in a bottle that you spray into your nose and totally cleans it from any unwanted drug residues. Also it balances the natural Ph(?) of the nose and it seriously has done wonders for me.I use it once or twice a day but it being natural,i think you can use it as many times and as long as you want.

Try to find something similar in your local pharmacy,i bet it will do some good.

I hate that swim stuff...ok so thanks for the replies but my nose is fine..it's my head where I get the pain. Have you ever heard a noise or something and you turn your head really fast and get that pain in your neck? That's what it feels like but in my head.
