Money bills $ £ Euros, should not be used to snort, nothing dirtier, unless it's a crisp 500Euro bill that no one else has touched, using a bill to snort started mainly i presume for both the practical reason, that you nearly allways have a bill on you... also, back in the day, cocaine, used to be a stricktly rich persons drug, hence they would use crisp 100$ bills n such, that hadn't been handled by multiple people and acumulated loads of bacteria...
People see this practice done in films such as "Scarface" or "pulp fiction" and simply replicate...
Anyways, changing straws after each use is preferable (at some bigger raves here and elsewhere they hand out paper straws, which clearly say, to be used once only, you get a shitload of em for your rave, these are given out (amongst other things, educational pamphlets and more...) at HR stands, held by assossiations for drug HR)
Also for everyones info, you can transmit, or get hepatitis B from sharing straws, as well as other less serious things, but the Hep B is a real danger sharing straws...
Obviously nearly nobody abides 100% by the no using $ bills or sharing straws, people who snort drugs are often addicts, and not the most careful with their health... (ie. you're out and all you have to snort is a dollar bill, you're fiending, can't get anything alse to make do, very likely you'll use it.
This is HR, don't want people thinking, snorting with a $ bill = disease, infection etc. but if you have something alse handy ( a recent reciept, postits, clean sheats of a4 paper you can tear or cut, then yeah def do so...)
