Porn Ban in the UK! (well kinda of)

So two adults in a commited relationship couldn't film themselves fisting without being prosecuted if the police/CPS got hold of the footage. WTF is it coming to, really.
 
I guess homemade stuff would be ok as i think these laws will only apply to porn that has been made for the commercial market

I really don't see how this is going to be implimented, such materials are already far too widespread to be controlled and banned. How will they know whether the clip or image was produced in the UK or not:?

It's going to be a laughing stock. Will people be tried at court for having videos or images of a fully clothed woman being lightly spanked across someones knee? Especially if the woman is genuinely enjoying it.That would be absolutely ridiculous. They'll have to ban the St. Trinians' films and all of The 70s Carry On Films. :sus:
 
surely under these regulations that upcoming 50 shades of grey film will be illegal?

Sex should be reserved for the purposes of procreation. Gaining carnal knowledge of a woman you love with the purposes of blessing the world with a child is a miracle borne out of God, these acts such as "facesitting" and "humiliation" scream of moral depravity. This law is a step in the right direction as far as I'm concerned.
 
I wonder if they could keep their 'cool', when these ministers were discussing all those types of weird porn one by one and then approving it or not :D And there must be a lot of sexists, if they make female orgasms forbidden, but males orgasms are no problem? Hello, equal rights for girls/guys???

And this law is a waste of time anyway, because free porn sites like mofosex, http://theporndude.com/, femdomtube,… are the ones that the freeloaders use. The only ones that are getting hit with this law are the porn companies/studios and I bet it's not easy already to make porn sales.

Unless I got it wrong, I don't see any websites being blocked yet and if it does happen in 2015, a fast paid proxy will help you out ;)

Can these studios still make decent money, btw? Maybe some porn nerd is still buying, but I bet 99 % of guys watch it for free.
