Euchemicals may be harmful or fatal? So basically it is a kind of arbitrary list of drugs you deem fascinating and worthy for some reason?
Might me my mistake, but are you misinterpreting what steve said about MDxx affinity for 5-HT2B receptors? Which is associated with cardiac fibrosis / cardiotoxicity. AFAIK hyperthermia is more likely caused by effects of released monoamines on the function of the hypothalamus, at least that would be my best bet.
Also, the fact that some side-effects can be counteracted by taking other drugs does not magically qualify something as non-toxic.
I think dopamine auto-oxidation is detrimental to health (not sure but may be from oxidative stress?), and that happens via the same type of compounds as those 3,4-dihydroxy dopamine compounds. Scepticism is healthy, but I wouldn't be too opportunistic about MDxx toxicity being a complete illusion.
