Current drug situation in Cambodia?

So what's the situation like at the moment, more specifically in Phnom Penh? Can TukTuk drivers be trusted? How common are setups? Any crackdowns? Other general tips, advice, etc. would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! (Mostly interested in the legendary heroin I've heard of from there.)

If you want drugs go to a pharmacy. I've lived in/visited South East Asia and the Heroin is not what people crack it up to be. Oxycontin wins everytime.

Thank you for the reply dear sir! Well that's a great shame of the heroin isn't good I will definately visit a couple pharmacies and see what I can get out but are you really saying that the heroin there isn't good!? What about opium, weed and meth? I'd greatly appreciate a reply.

The Weed is garbage! Opium again, I found overrated, as I did the Heroin. Never tried Meth.
