On a good one at work except I'm silently freaking out cause my right thumb is really numb.. I know that some numbness and tingling is normal but this is different.. I don't feel numbness anywhere else or any tingling.

Also been dizzy on and off all morning but i think that might be normal too.. I just have never felt this dizzy for this long in the past. It's been like 4 hours of continuous dizziness (on and off every couple of minutes). I'm not as worried about that though, I'm tripping out on my thumb cause I'm wondering if I'm gonna lose it or something..

Do you do a lot of benzos or opiates?

I've noticed that people who abuse xanax in particular, tend to lose feeling in their fingers/hands.

No, i haven't done anything else recently. Just ice. Been doing it everyday for the last two weeks but in those two weeks i only did a lot once last week and today.

I developed cubital tunnel from binging on meth about a year ago and i've had problems with it since. I think it has something to do with the combination of nutrient deficiencies, dehydration, exhaustion, overstimulation and then possibly crashing later and falling asleep in a strange position or lying on a hand or arm.

Since that occasion, pretty much any stimulant use will sort of make a finger or two tend to go numb if i maintain one position for too long, or if i over work my arms while on the stim. It sucks. I suspect maybe i have pinched nerves in my shoulder area and maybe lifting weights would help correct it but i haven't tried much yet.

But it sounds nerve related and meth is pretty bad on the ole nervous system.

Damn. I was afraid that was the answer.. It's kind of going away and the dizziness finally stopped about a hour ago. it was kinda fun feeling like I'm drunk when i walk though lol wish that lasted a bit longer.

Speaking of being drunk, have you done any drinking lately? Heavy drinking can strip your body of nutrients as well, specifically potassium which is vital to nerve function. I lost a bit of feeling in a finger after a night of heavy drinking and little food.

Try taking a multivitamin or drinking one of those gatorade type flavored water drinks that has some potassium in it.

No i actually don't drink often. It's been months since I've had a drink, and i haven't been drunk in over a year. It stops being fun when you turn 21 and I'm gonna be 23 soon lol I have been taking vitamins to help with the cramps I get from not eating. They've helped a lot. I don't take potassium though, I'll go buy some potassium pills tomorrow. Thank you.
